المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى التعرف على الإطار المرجعي القرآني وصياغة مفاهيم النموذج الحضاري في مقاربة الأزمات الإنسانية: الميثاق القرآني نموذجا. واستخدم البحث مناهج عامة للبحث وهي، المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، والمنهج التحليلي النقدي، ومنهج التفكيك وإعادة البناء، كما استخدم منهجيات خاصة للبحث وهي، منهجية التحليل اللغوي، ومنهجية التحليل الاصطلاحي، ومنهجية تحليل المادة القرآنية. وقسم البحث إلى ثلاثة أقسام وهي، أما القسم الأول فعالج أزمات الإنسان المعاصر في ظل النماذج الحضارية الفاعلة اليوم. وأما القسم الثاني فسعى إلى بناء معالم إطار مرجعي قرآني بالاعتماد على القرآن الكريم نفسه، وذلك من خلال مداخل تأسيسية، وقواعد كلية ناظمة موجهة، وقيم مرجعية مؤطرة. وأما القسم الثالث فقدم نموذج لمفهوم قرآني مبني وفق هذا الإطار المرجعي، والذي من شأنه الإجابة على أزمة الإنسانية المعاصرة، نظرًا لما يتمتع به هذا المفهوم من مركزية محورية في تحليل وتوجيه لإشكالية جدل الغيب والإنسان والطبيعة. وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج ومنها، أن الإطار المرجعي نسق ينتظم به مجموعة من المصادر ذات خلفية مرجعية موحدة وتشتغل وفق منهج معين مستقي من المجال التداولي لهذا الإطار، وأن هناك أربع عناوين أساسية تؤطر نتائج نموذج الميثاق في سياق الإطار المرجعي القرآني وهي، الميثاق القرآني مفهومًا إسلاميًا، وبناء علاقة الميثاق بأسرته المفهومية على أساس الخصوص والعموم، والبعد التكليفي والحجاجي للميثاق القرآني، ومقاربة المفهوم للأزمات من خلال بناء النموذج الحضاري.

The purpose of the research is to identify the Qur'anic frame of reference and formulate the concepts of the civilized model in the approach of humanitarian crises: The Charter of the Holy Quran as a model. The research used general approaches of research, which are the analytical descriptive approach, the critical analytical approach, and the approach of deconstruction and reconstruction. It also used special approaches for research, which are the approach of linguistic analysis, the approach of conventional analysis, and the approach of analysis of Quranic material. In addition, the research was divided into three sections. The first section tackled the crises of the modern man in the light of the active civilizational models of today. The second section seeks to build the characteristics of a Qur'anic reference framework based on the Holy Quran itself, through constitutive entries, directed regulatory total rules, and framed reference values. The third section presented a model of a Qur'anic concept based on this frame of reference, which would provide answers on the crisis of the contemporary humanity, due to the focal centrality of this concept in analyzing and guiding the controversial problematic of the unseen, the human and the nature. The research has reached several findings, including that the frame of reference is a format in which a group of sources coordinated with a unified reference background that operate according to a specific approach derived from the deliberative field of this framework. Besides, the research concluded that there are four main titles, which frame the results of the model of the Charter in the context of the Qur'anic frame of reference. These titles are the Qur'anic Charter is an Islamic concept, building the relationship of the Charter with its conceptual family on the basis of the particularity and the generality, the assigning and argumentative dimension of the Qur'anic Charter, and the approach of the concept of crises through the building of the civilizational model..
