|a يناقش المقال الراهن منشأ مفهوم الألكسيثيميا Alexithymia وتطوره (ضعف القدرة على فهم الانفعالات والتعبير عنها)، بوصفه سمة شخصية ذات طابع وجداني، تعبر المستويات المرتفعة منها عن خصال سلبية تعوق التعايش السوي مع المواقف المثيرة للانفعالات، وتؤدى إلى اضمحلال رأس المال الاجتماعي للفرد، وترتبط بمعدلات مرتفعة للإصابة بعديد من الأمراض الجسمية والنفسية على سواء. كما يعرض للتشابكات المختلفة للمفهوم مع مفاهيم نفسية أخري، ومعدلات انتشار المستويات المرتفعة من سمة الالكسيثيميا في الجمهور العام في مجتمعات عديدة. ويناقش المقال أيضا بعض التوجهات والمقاربات النظرية المختلفة حول منشأ الألكسيثيميا وعلاقتها ببعض المظاهر الصحية السلبية.
|b This report discusses the concept of Alexithtmia and its development (The disability of understanding and expressing emotions) as it is a personal feature that has an emotional nature and its high levels express negative manners that obstacle the normal coexistence with the stimulating situations of emotions and lead to the evanescence of social capital of individuals. It is also related the high rates of many physical and psychological diseases. Moreover, it displays the different overlapping of this concept with psychological ones and the rates of the spread of high levels of Alexithymia among the public in many societies. It Also discusses some trends and theoretical approach about the origin of Alexithymia and its relationship with some negative health phenomenon.
