المستخلص: The protection of the cultural heritage of the process is essential, and must not remain up in the theoretical framework, and already there was a set of mechanisms that work to secure the protection of cultural heritage in an earlier dispute, or subsequent to him, and these international mechanisms and internal committees on the one hand, and the international judiciary, and in the particular, the international Criminal Court on the other hand. Since the Statute of the international Criminal Court provides for the criminalization of attacks on cultural objects was seen as an international crime within the jurisdiction of the Court, and this is what embodies the practical judgment dated 09.27.2016 in the case of breaking down Timbuktu shrines sacred I got in the armed conflict in 2012, the Republic of Mali. So we will analyze this judgment and the statement of the most important rules of law which it is based, and the principles that can be inferred from the Court's ruling. Towards establishing a stable principles contribute to the protection of cultural heritage.
