المستخلص: The human right to private life is the most prominent human rights that have received international and national protection because it has link with human dignity and by the evolution of the prosecution criminal means this right became more exposed to judicial police authorities where the investigative operation for terrorist crimes ; drug crimes and the other dangerousness crimes imposed the objection human correspondence ; carry out record sounds and take pictures .all of this under jurisprudential and judicial controversy about the legality of these methods in the crime investigation .It collides with the most sacred and the most sensitivity right .this imposed to make of these means is an exceptional nature and confined to a narrow range with a range of controls to protect the privacy practices of the human condition.
