المستخلص: The research talks about the relationship between Jurists and Sultans in certain period of time. And found that the Jurists in the era of sects formed a social group, having multiple and divergent political positions, some of them supported the sectarian Kings, and opposed others. Some Jurists opposed all sectarian kings, and disapproved their system in itself, while the others worked to reconcile among them in the interests of the Muslims by taking advantage of their position within the Andalusian community. This difference shows us that, the views of the scholars of that era, or most of them at least, were governed by several factors, such as the jurisprudence of the purposes, especially in the volatile circumstances, and terrible political gap that required the formation of a set of jurisprudence of compromise, accommodating political variables.
