المستخلص: We are honored at the Institute for Palestinian Studies and in the Journal of Palestinian Studies to meet with you in this seminar to discuss the Palestinian situation in general, and the internal Palestinian situation in particular, in light of the transformations in Israel, the rise of the religious nationalist right to the Authority and its presence at the popular level as well, at a time when the Palestinian situation is going through one of the most difficult moments, perhaps similar to the disintegration that occurred after the 1948 catastrophe. The symposium will discuss five themes: which are;
1. A reading of the rise of the national religious right in Israeli power and society; In this theme, a range of issues can be addressed: (a) Colonial settlement as a structural part of the power and the army; (b) the meaning of the Jewishness of the State and the implications of resorting to religious discourse as a basis for the legitimacy of the State and the legitimacy of the occupation; (c) The position of the Palestinian minority in Israel: from volunteering to further adaptation and familyization; (d) The future of a single state with two political systems: a system for Jews and a system of apartheid for Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza.
2. Palestine alone, and here two questions can be addressed: a. Comprehensive Arab abandonment in the light of the wars raging in the East; b. The international situation is blocked and Israel's success in the light of the right-wing wave that declares the crisis of neoliberalism and globalization. This leads to a fundamental question: Does Palestine have allies, and where to look for them?
3. How do we resist the invasion of occupation, settlement and the rise of Israeli fascism. Here we must know a number of issues: (a) The common list will be accepted as well as the future of the unitary horizon that have been put forward; (b) The connection of the list with the Arab Follow-up Committee; (c) Alliances with democratic forces or what has remained in Israel; (d) Transition to the status of the national minority; (e) A relationship within the interior with the Palestinian national movement.
4. Meaning of the system of apartheid established in the West Bank and Gaza in the absence of a new Palestinian national project. The symptoms of this chronic absence have been manifested in the inability of political forces to frame the public donation and leave it to its spontaneity, and the inability to do anything to alleviate the plight of the people of Jerusalem. On the other hand, the danger of social disintegration that has begun to looming in the West Bank and is taking repressive forms in Palestinian societies, from violence against women, to clan vengeance, etc.
5. Such as resistant horizon; crystallization of a Palestinian national project; restoration of the unity of the people by restoring the cause; establishment of a long resistance through various forms, without sanctifying or excluding various forms of resistance: boycott, cultural horizon, mass struggle, settlement brutality and means of deterrence.

يشرفنا في مؤسسة الدراسات الفلسطينية وفى مجلة الدراسات الفلسطينية أن نلتقى معكم في هذه الندوة لمناقشة الوضع الفلسطيني عامة، والوضع الفلسطيني الداخلي خاصة، في ظل التحولات في إسرائيل، وصعود اليمين القومي الديني إلى السلطة وحضوره غلى المستوى الشعبي أيضا، وذلك في الوقت الذى يمر الوضع الفلسطيني بلحظة من أصعب اللحظات، ربما تكون شبيهة بالتفكك الذي حدث بعد نكبة ١٩٤٨. وستناقش الندوة خمسة محاور، هي:
١-قراءة في صعود اليمين القومي الديني في السلطة والمجتمع الإسرائيليين، وفي هذا المحور يمكن معالجة مجموعة من القضايا: أ -الاستيطان الكولونيالي كجزء بنيوى من السلطة والجيش؛ ب -معنى يهودية الدولة ودلالات اللجوء إلى الخطاب الديني كأساس لشرعية الدولة وشرعنة الاحتلال؛ ج -الموقف من الأقلية الفلسطينية في إسرائيل: من التطويع إلى مزيد من التطويع والأسرلة؛ د -مستقبل الدولة الواحدة ذات النظامين السياسيين: نظام لليهود، ونظام أبار تهايد للفلسطينيين في الضفة وغزة.
٢-فلسطين بمفردها، وهنا يمكن معالجة سالتين: أ -التخلي العربي الشامل في ظل الحروب المشتعلة في المشرق؛ ب -انسداد الوضع الدولي ونجاح إسرائيل في ظل الموجة اليمينية التي تعلن أزمة الليبرالية الجديدة والعولمة. وهذا يقود إلى سؤال جوهري: هل تملك فلسطين حلفاء، وأين يجب البحث عنهم؟
٣-كيف نقاوم تغول الاحتلال والاستيطان وصعود الفاشية الإسرائيلية، وهنا يجب التوقف عند مجموعة من القضايا: أ. ستقبل القائمة المشتركة ومستقبل الأفق الوحدوي الذي طرحته؛ ب -علافة القائمة بلجنة المتابعة العربية؛ ج -التحالفات مع القوى الديمقراطية أو ما تبقى منها في إسرائيل؛ د-الانتقال إلى وضعية الأقلية القومية؛ ه -علاقة داخل الداخل بالحركة الوطنية الفلسطينية.
٤-معنى نظام الآبار تهايد الذي يتأسس في الضفة وغزة في غياب مشروع وطني فلسطيني جديد، وقد ظهرت أعراض هذا الغياب المزمن في عدم قدرة القوى السياسية على تأطير الهبة الشعبية وتركها لعفويتها، والعجز عن تقديم أي شيء للتخفيف من محنة المقدسيين. وفي المقابل يبرز خطر التفكك الاجتماعي الذي بدأ يلوح في الضفة ويتخذ أشكالا قمعية في المجتمعات الفلسطينية من تعنيف المرأة، إلى الثأر العشائري، إلخ.
٥-نحو أفق مقاوم؛ بلورة مشروع وطني فلسطيني؛ استعادة وحدة الشعب عبر استعادة القضية؛ التأسيس لمقاومة مديدة عبر أشكال متعددة، من دون تقديس أو استبعاد أشكال المقاومة المتنوعة: المقاطعة، والأفق الثقافي، والنضال الجماهيري، والوحشية الاستيطانية ووسائل ردعها.
