المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان الخصائص العامة للخطاب الإسلامي التوعوي في ضوء مضامين رسالة عمان المقتبسة من رسالة الإسلام الخالدة، والمتمثلة بالوسطية ، والاعتدال، والواقعية، والثبات والمرونة في مواكبة مستجدات العصر وتطوراته، والعالمية والإنسانية، والسماحة، واللين، والرفق، والحكمة في التوجه والتعبير، وقد شكلت رسالة عمان بما فيها من مضامين مقتبسة من رسالة الإسلام واقعاً عملياً، وتطبيقياً واقعياً، وأنموذجاً حياً لدور الدعاة في إبراز صورة الإسلام الحقيقية المشرقة الناصعة المتلألئة، ووقف التجني عليه، ورد الهجمات عنه، والدفاع عنه في ظل التحديات والهجمات الشرسة التي يتعرض لها من بعض الذين يدعون الانتساب للإسلام، ويقومون بأفعال غير مسؤولة باسمه، ومن أعداء الإسلام الذين يحاربون الإسلام في كل زمان ومكان، والتمسك بالرؤية الإسلامية الدعوية المعتدل البعيدة عن التطرف، والغلو والتشدد، والتأثر بالفكر الضال المنحرف؛ ونظراً لأهمية الخطاب التوعوي الإسلامي واعتباره من أفضل المقامات إلى الله تعالى، جاءت هذه الدراسة لتبرز خصائص الخطاب الإسلامي التوعوي وفق ما جاءت به رسالة عمان من مضامين، وتبين آلية وسبل النهوض بالخطاب الإسلامي التوعوي، والاهتمام بإعداد مناهج الدعاة، والدعوة إلى وحدة الخطابة، وتجديده في ضوء مستجدات العصر. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها: دور رسالة عمان في بيان مسؤولية الدعاة المسلمين في الدفاع عن الإسلام، وإبراز صورته الناصعة المشرقة، وإنارة دروب الشباب المسلم بالسماحة، والاعتدال، والوسطية، والبعد عن التطرف والتشنج، والدعوة إلى أن يكون الدعاة القدوة في الدين، والخلق، والخطاب الجامع لا المفرق المستمد من تعاليم الإسلام السمحة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات من أهمها: ضرورة إبعاد الخطاب التوعوي الإسلامي عن الحزبية التي تدعو إلى الانغلاق، والتبعية، والتقليد، وجعله خطاباً دعوياً مجتمعياً، معتدلاً وسطياً؛ هدفه الأسمى نشر الدين الإسلامي، وتطبيقه على أرض الواقع، والتزام الدعاة بالأخلاق الحميدة والصفات النبيلة، والعمل بها لاكتساب محبة الآخرين وقبول دعوتهم، والتأثير فيهم، والعمل على إصلاحهم.

This study aimed to explain the general characteristics of the Islamic discourse awareness in light of the content of the Amman Message extracted from the eternal message of Islam and of moderation and realism stability and flexibility to keep up with current developments and developments and global humanity tolerance and gentleness and kindness and wisdom in orientation and expression has formed a message Oman including the contents extracted from the message of Islam and the practical reality and applied and realistic and the model alive for the role of preachers in highlighting the image of Islam real bright spotless and sparkling: and stop the victimization of him it was reported attacks him and his defense in light of the challenges and fierce attacks suffered by some who claim Affiliation of Islam and who acts irresponsibly in his name and the enemies of Islam who are fighting Islam in every time and places and stick to the vision of Islamic missionary mild away from extremism and fanaticism and extremism and influenced by the deviant ideology pervert; and because of the importance of the Islamic Awareness discourse and considered one of the best shrines to God This study was to highlight the Islamic discourse Awareness properties according to what brought him a message from the contents of Oman and show the mechanism and ways of enhancing the awareness of the Islamic discourse and attention to the preparation of curricula and the preachers and the call to unity rhetoric and renovated in the light of the developments of the times. The study found a number of the results of the most important: the role of the Amman Message in a statement the role of Muslim preachers in the defense of Islam and to highlight his image spotless bright lighting the paths of young Muslims their tolerance moderation moderation, and away from extremism and cramping and the call to be preachers example in religion and creation and not the whole discourse divider derived from the tolerant teachings of Islam The study concluded that a number of recommendations including: the need to keep the Islamic Awareness partisan rhetoric that calls for the closure and narrow-mindedness and dependency and tradition and make a speech lawsuit community moderate and centrist; ultimate goal dissemination of the Islamic religion and its application on the ground and the commitment of preachers good manners and noble qualities and work them to gain the love and obedience of others and accept their call and influence them and to work on the reformation.
