المستخلص: هدف المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على فكرة الجماعة البحثية العربية بين إيران وتركيا. مشيرا إلى اختلاف الجماعة البحثية العربية حول قضايا وملفات متعددة. يأتي في طليعتها الخلاف حول أفضلية أي من إيران وتركيا في لعب أدوار قيادية في المنطقة خاصة بعد تراجع الأدوار العربية فيها. وأشار المقال إلى أن الأدوار الإقليمية لكلا من إيران وتركيا في المنطقة قد انتعشت مع فراغ القوة العربية مما شكل الأساس الموضوعي للتنافس بين هاتين القوتين الإقليميتين. وتناول المقال الأدوار الإقليمية لكلا من تركيا وإيران ومفارقات المقارنة بينهم. مبرزا المهام الضرورية الملقاة على عاتق الجماعة البحثية العربية للتعامل مع هذين القطبين الإقليميين. واستعرض القيود على أدوارهما الإقليمية. وأكدت نتائج المقال على انه لا مستقبل لجماعة بحثية عربية تسعى لخدمة الأهداف والتطلعات الطبيعية والمشروعة لشعوبها في التقدم والحداثة بحثيا وفكريا إلا بالتمايز والاشتباك مع النموذجين الإيراني والتركي. ومواجهة التحدي الفكري والسياسي الذي يطرحانه. وأن النموذجان يتبنان نظاما اقتصاديا اجتماعيا غير متفق عليه بالضرورة بين أوسع الشرائح العربية. ثانيا طابعهما القومي المغاير بشعارات دينية. ويلتقيان موضوعيا من ناحية ثالثة على أرضية وظيفتهما الجيوبوليتيكية التاريخية مع مراكز صناعة القرار العالمي في صراعات المنطقة. وأن التلاقي الموضوعي في العراق وسوريا بين كلا من النموذجين من ناحية والمصالح الدولية من ناحية أخرى ليس مجرد إلا نماذج قابلة للتكرار إذا استمر الوضع العربي الراهن على حاله. وإذا استمرت الجماعة البحثية العربية أسيرة لأنماطها وقسماتها المعلومة.

The article aims to highlight the idea of the Arab research group between Iran and Turkey pointing to the difference of the Arab research group on various issues and files. At the forefront of the research we find the dispute over the preference of Iran and Turkey in playing leadership roles in the region especially after the decline of Arab roles in it. The article pointed out that the regional roles of both Iran and Turkey in the region have recovered with the vacuum of Arab power, which formed the basis for the substantive competition between these two regional powers. The article dealt with the regional roles of Turkey and Iran and the comparative differences between them highlighting the necessary tasks entrusted to the Arab research group to deal with these two regional poles. It reviewed the constraints on their regional roles. The article results confirmed that no future for an Arab research group that seeks to serve the natural and legitimate goals and aspirations of its peoples in the progress and modernity, both research and intellectually except in the differentiation and engagement with the Iranian and Turkish models and facing the intellectual and political challenge they pose. That the two models adopt a social economic system that is not agreed necessarily among the largest Arab groups. Second, their national character replaced by religious slogans. They meet objectively on the third aspect on the ground of their historical geopolitical function with global decision-making centers in the conflicts of the region. The objective convergence in Iraq and Syria between both models on the one hand and international interests on the other hand is not merely a replicable model if the current Arab situation continues as it is. If the Arab research group remains captive to its patterns and its known sections.
