انطلاقاً من حتمية النهوض بالأمة والسمو بها نحو الأفضل؛ نجد أن الوسيلة المثلى لذلك تكمن في الرجوع إلى الطريق المستقيم الذي أمرنا الله تعالى باتباعه، واتباع أهله ومن نصره ووالاه إلى أن لقي ربه، ولعل أبرزهم والأقرب منهاجاً وفكراً وبصيرة إلى زماننا، ثاني أئمة أهل البيت بعد رسول الله صل الله عليه وسلم، وسيد شباب أهل الجنة، ومن المطهرين الذين أذهب الله عنهم الرجس، الإمام الحسن بن علي بن أبي طالب رضي الله عنهم، فاستغل هذه الفرصة الذهبية من خلال جائزة الإبداع الفكري، محاولاً الخروج ببعض الحلول والاقتراحات التي من شأنها أن ترفع راية أمتنا؛ وترسم البسمة في محيا شعوبنا؛ انطلاقاً من معالجة مشاكلنا وجائحات زماننا، وذلك باستغلال المنهل المنير والمنبع الغزير؛ الذي تركه لنا إمامنا الطاهر الكيس أبو محمد الحسن بن علي رضي الله عنهما في شتى المجالات السياسية والاجتماعية والدينية والتربوية، وإسقاطها على واقعنا المعاش، إذ لا يخفى عليك عزيزي القارئ أن لإمامنا "حجة الإسلام" المجتبى- عليه السلام- تجارب وخبرات سياسية واجتماعية... جمة فيها من الحكمة والدهاء ما يستوجب علينا البحث فيه واستنباط نتائجه وتمحيصها وتقويضها لإسقاطها على واقعنا المعاصر؛ علنا نجد ضالتنا ووجهتنا نحو الفلاح والنجاح، إن نحن أحسنا استغلالها والتدبر فيها.
