المستخلص: هدف المقال الى مناقشه التغيرات المحورية في موازين القوى في النظام الإقليمي في المنطقة. والكشف عن اختبار مدى صحة الفرضية السائدة حول مركزيه القوة المصرية. وسيطرتها على التفاعلات الإقليمية. والتعرف على مدى انتشار هذه القوة او تحولها لفاعلين اخرين في الإقليم. حيث شهدت هياكل القوة داخل النظام الإقليمي تغيرات كبيره على مدى العقود الماضية. وتناول المقال المقصود بميزان القوي الإقليمي من مدخل نظري. وذكر مراحل تطور موازين القوي إقليميا. وأيضا محددات التحكم في موازين القوي الإقليمية. وبالنظر في مراحل تطور النظام الإقليمي يلاحظ انتقاله من مرحلة لأخري وفقا لتغير موازين القوي فيه. وأشارت النتائج إلى أن هناك ارتباطا إيجابيا بين تغير ميزان القوي وقيادة النظام على المستوي الإقليمي. فالدولة التي تتمكن من توظيف مصادر قوتها بدرجه أفضل ستجعل ميزان القوى يميل لمصلحتها لتوجه النظام الإقليمي بما يتوافق مع هذه المصالح. واكد على ان المرحلة الحالية من تطور النظام الإقليمي تشهد محاولة مصرية لاستعادة دورها القيادي. حيث ان مصر لن تستطيع بلوغ هذا الهدف. الا إذا كانت مدعومة عربيا. خاصه من السعودية. لمواجهه القوى غير العربية في النظام الإقليمي.

The article aims at discussing the central changes in the balance of power in the regional system in the area . In addition, to test the validity of the hypothesis prevailing around the centrality of the Egyptian power, and its control over the regional interactions. Moreover, to identify the extent of the deployment of this power or turn it to other actors in the region. The power structures within the regional system have experienced significant changes over the past decades. The article dealt with the definition of the balance of the regional power from a theoretical approach. It mentioned the stages of development of the regional power balances. As well as the control parameters in the regional power balances. Considering the stages of development of the regional system, it is notable that it is moving from one stage to another in accordance with the changing balance of the power in it. The results indicated that there was a positive correlation between the change in the balance of power and the leadership of the system at the regional level. A country that is better able to utilize its own resources will make the balance of power tend to favor the regional system in line with these interests. The article stressed that the current stage of development of the regional system is witnessing an Egyptian attempt to regain its leadership role. Egypt will not be able to achieve this goal, unless it is supported by the Arabs, especially from Saudi Arabia, in order to confront the non-Arab forces in the regional system.
