المستخلص: The topic of the study deals with the problem of women's political participation in Algerian society, which has made giant strides in promoting the status of women, in response to and adaptation to the international legal system in the field of human rights and gender equality. Algerian women have registered development in the field of political participation, especially on the executive side, which was followed by the legislative sphere. The percentage of women's representation in the Algerian Parliament has seen a qualitative leap from less than 5% to more than 30% in the current parliament. So that the efforts of the State continue to promote the status of women in this area, thus enabling them to participate in political decision-making alongside men, despite the difficulties they face in reconciling their family obligations with their political tasks.

Cette étude vise à identifier la problématique de la participation politique de la femme algérienne dans la société algérienne, suite aux acquits requises et adoptés par l’organisme statuaire international du droits de l’homme et concernant l’égalité entre les races. ainsi que la femme algérienne a vu une évolution impressionnante de ça participation en matière de çà responsabilité politique suivis par son rôle dans les institutions législatives, que la femme algérienne a marqué un grand saut qualitatif depuis l’Independence d’un pourcentage de 5% à 30% au Parlement actuel, pour que le femme restera omniprésente à toutes les disposition de l’état pour la promouvoir surtout dans le domaine politique au coté de l’homme, malgré les obstacles et les difficultés qui se manifestent contre ces responsabilités et ces missions familiales ainsi que politiques. En particulier d'être une mère ainsi qu’une femme en même temps.

يتناول موضوع الدراسة إشكالية المشاركة السياسية للمرأة في المجتمع الجزائري، والتي خطت خطوات عملاقة في مجال ترقية مكانة المرأة، وذلك استجابة وتكيفاً مع المنظومة القانونية الدولية في مجال حقوق الإنسان والمساواة بين نوعي الجنس البشري، حيث سجلت المرأة الجزائرية تطوراً في مجال المشاركة السياسية خاصة في الجانب التنفيذي، الذي تبعه المجال التشريعي، اين شهدت نسبة تمثيل المرأة في البرلمان الجزائري قفزة نوعية من الاستقلال من أقل من 5% إلى أكثر من 30% في البرمان الحالي، لتبقى جهود الدولة مستمرة في ترقية مكانة المرأة في هذا المجال، بما يمكنها من المساهمة في صنع القرار السياسي إلى جانب الرجل، رغم الصعوبات التي تواجهها في سبيل التوفيق بين التزاماتها الأسرية ومهامها السياسية.
