المستخلص: Through this study, we will try to shed light on the role played by disclosure and transparency of accounting information in activating the Algiers Stock Exchange through the importance attached by the Arab stock markets to increase the degree of disclosure and modify its requirements in line with international standards to enhance the role of the market monitoring on the one hand, and providing equal opportunities for customers on the other. The availability of highly efficient information, disclosure and transparency lead to dealing with prices that reflect the true value of the institutions in which their money is traded, which leads investors to move their savings to the most profitable enterprises in both the short and the long term as the various demands and changes in economic life that Algeria has witnessed have made the need for urgency of huge and large capital to secure various private and public activities that can only be achieved with an effective exchange that regulates the circulation of these funds, and from this point of view we have tried to address the following problem:

Essayons à travers cette étude en évidence le rôle de la divulgation et de la transparence de l'information comptable dans l'activation de l'Algérie Bourse et par l'importance accordée par les marchés boursiers arabes à augmenter le degré d'exigences de divulgation et de modification en conformité avec les normes internationales en vue de renforcer le rôle de surveillance du marché en fournissant un égal opportunités pour les commerçants du marché d'autre part, la disponibilité de haute efficacité et la transparence et la divulgation de toute information menant à des prix deal reflètent le fait que la valeur des institutions qui traitent les laisse et ainsi aboutir à une véritable évaluation à la direction des investisseurs leurs économies aux institutions les plus rentables, que ce soit à court ou à long terme, que les exigences divers vie économique et les changements assisté par l'Algérie a fait un besoin urgent de méga et le grand capital, pour sécuriser les diverses activités privées et gouvernementales, et cela ne peut être atteint que si il est une gestion efficace de la Bourse.

سنحاول من خلال دراستنا هذه تسليط الضوء على الدور الذي يلعبه الإفصاح والشفافية عن المعلومات المحاسبية في تفعيل بورصة الجزائر وذلك من خلال الأهمية التي أولتها أسواق الأوراق المالية العربية لزيادة درجة الإفصاح وتعديل متطلباته بما يتلاءم مع المعايير الدولية بهدف تعزيز الدور الرقابي للسوق من جانب، وتوفير تكافؤ الفرص للمتعاملين من جانب آخر، فتوافر المعلومات ذات الكفاءة العالية والإفصاح والشفافية تؤدي إلى التعامل بأسعار تعكس حقيقة قيمة المؤسسات التي تتداول أوراقها فيها وهذا ما يؤدي إلى اتجاه المستثمرين بمدخراتهم إلى المؤسسات الأكثر ربحية سواء في المدى القصير أو الطويل، إذ أن متطلبات الحياة الاقتصادية وتغيراتها المختلفة التي شهدتها الجزائر جعلت الحاجة ملحة إلى رؤوس الأموال الضخمة والكبيرة، لتأمين مختلف الأنشطة الخاصة منها والحكومية، وهذا لا يتحقق إلا بوجود بورصة فعالة تنظم تداول هذه الأموال، ومن هذا المنطلق حاولنا معالجة الإشكالية التالية:
