المستخلص: the Ottoman Empire owned thought archival since its inception, through systems that they followed in the organization of documents and the way they maintain it with very carefully care, regardless of how important this archival material that is the product of well-known institutions: Hamayouni Court, Al Aaly door, Al-Daftary door, Al-Khaqani Al-Daftary, the military foundation, scientific institution. The Ottoman Archives (Securities Treasury) in the modern sense, established in the top days of Grand Vizier Mustafa Rashid Pasha, who has worked in Ottoman Empire embassies in Europe, and he saw the importance of archives, and he issued an order after the decision that he was take over as the lead in the September 28, 1846 AD, to issue the Ottoman Archives, the Ottoman Archives was the third global archive, established after the French archive 1790 and after the British archives 1838, Ottoman Archives is considered as the first orderly archive in the Muslim world. And the importance of this archive from being (global civilization faced) as it represents the civilization of the Ottoman Empire and the civilization of peoples which were under Ottoman influence.
