جاء الإسلام ليخرج الناس من ظلمات الكفر، والطغيان، والظلم إلى نور الحق، والعدل، ليؤسس مجتمعا أساسه التعاون، والتكافل، والتناصر بين أفراده. وقد وردت الكثير من الآيات، والأحاديث النبوية الشريفة التي تحث على التعاون، وتحقيق الانسجام، والتآزر. لتلك أخذت الدولة باعتبارها ممثلة للمجتمع على عاتقها تنظيم، وتعميق أسس الروابط، والانسجام والتعاون وتحقيق الرفاء الاقتصادي، والاجتماعي. فكما نعلم فإن الإنسان المسلم في سلوكه سواء الاقتصادي أو الاجتماعي يأخذ بعين الاعتبار الجوانب الروحية إلى الجانب المادي فالإنسان المسلم هدفه إرضاء الله سبحانه وتعالى في سلوكه، وبالتالي الفوز بالجنة، ولا بد من الإشارة إلى أن مستوى المعيشة غالبا ما يتحدد بمقدار السلع والخدمات التي يستطيع الفرد أو الأسرة أو الأمة كلها الحصول عليه وفق أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية. فالإنسان له رغبات يسعى دائما لإشباعها. لذا جاء الإسلام ومعه حل لهذه المعضلات وعبر العديد من القنوات فكان لا بد من دراسة الضمان الاجتماعي، والاقتصادي في الإسلام والذي استند إلى ثلاثة مرتكزات أساسية هي التأمين الاجتماعي، والصدقات، والوقف مستشهدا بما ورد بالقرآن الكريم، والسنة النبوية، وأصحاب رسول الله رضوان الله عليهم، وما وقع آنذاك من مشكلاك اقتصادية، وموقف الدولة منها في ذلك الوقت فلا يخلو مجتمع من المجتمعات وعلى مر العصور من حوادث، وكوارث اقتصادية، واجتماعية تحدث بين الفينة والأخرى فكانت هذه الدراسة والتي أسأل الله فيها الأجر والثواب هو نعم المولى ونعم النصير.
This study is aiming to shed light on the ways of embodying forms of social and economical security in Islam taking in consideration that the Islamic society is based on the principles of Islamic Sharia. Islam came to save people from unenlightenment to the light of justice, equality, and tolerance to establish a united, symbiosis, and strong society. Muslim members in their economical behavior as well as their social one observe the spiritual aspects along with the materialistic ones because his final aim is gaining the contentment of God in order to win Paradise, which is promised by God for all believers. It is worth to mention here that the level of life is determined by the amount of products and services bought by families and individuals or even by nations according to the Islamic Sharia not other wise; humans have desires and they want to satiate them. It was important to study three fundamental bases related to the security and social welfare which was obvious in many ways and patterns showing the united and strong society. Those bases stated the super and high spiritual standards of Islam. We study the voluntary side of Muslims which aimed to gain the contentment of God in order to win Paradise and to follow the rules of Quran and Sunna. Also there is an important related (WAQF) which contributes in accomplishing many social and economical benefits from its side. Waqf was a charitable foundation offering education, orphans services, and shelters for old people . This Islamic behavior was due to the regulations of Quran and Sunna considering that Islam based its relations upon the standard of justice at first, as well as sharing between people in order to accomplish social and economical security. Here, we can note the importance of this study, which took in consideration what had been applied at early stages of the Islamic state.
