The crime either is committed by individual and here he/ she hold the responsibility or it is committed by many individuals and that means it is the same crime but it is committed by multi felons, thus and basing on this multiplicity, the sort of contribution in committing the crime may differ and that means if the committers are equal in playing the rolls, here we are before genuine committers and contributors where they participate in committing the crime through the moral and material pillar and according to the material pillar which refers to the unite of criminal result which is achieved by felons while the moral pillar means that a single mental bound or common intention are among whole committers who participate in committing the crime through achievement of knowledge for each committer in the nature of his/her action and the result resulting from it (the action), So even the well heads toward the action beside the recognition of action which is committed by other contributors and the results which result from it but in the case of absent of the intention of interfering of the contributors, here we are not before genuine contribution of committing single crime but we are before multi crimes which are committed by multi persons where each of them are asked about the action which is done by him alone, therefore we note that the interfering intention is basic condition to achieve the contribution in committing the crime taking into consideration that the material actions for alone are not enough but their committing should intend to contribute in committing the crime taking note that the intention must be available before or at the time of committing the crime and not after the committing of it. Thus the intention plays an important role in changing the description of crime in the case of difference of intention of one of the contributors if the contributor is genuine or follower from the intention of another contributor and at that time the punishment of each contributor is differed according to the intention.
