|a إن مسار حماية البيئة وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة لن يحقق أهدافه إذا لم تساهم المؤسسات الاقتصادية مساهمة فعالة فيه نظرًا لكونها أكبر المسؤولين عن الإضرار بالبيئة. فهناك عدة عوامل أصبحت تدفع المؤسسات إلى التفكير في إدراج البعد البيئي التنموي ضمن إستراتجيتها العامة، لكن هذا المسعى تواجهه عدة عراقيل، ترتبط بصعوبة الربط والموازنة بين الأهداف الاقتصادية والمالية والهدف الاجتماعي الذي قد تسعى المؤسسة لتحقيقه. \n وقد نصّ المشرع الجزائري في قانون البيئة على ضمان الحد الأدنى من هذه المساهمة البيئية للمؤسسات عن طريق إخضاعه إنشاء المؤسسات المصنفة لإجراءات خاصة، كما نص على جزاءات قد تطبق على المؤسسات التي تقوم بتجاوزات تضر بالبيئة. لكن مشاركة المؤسسات الاقتصادية في هذا التوجه تتحقق وتظهر في الممارسات اليومية داخل المجتمع؛ إذا تمّ تبنيها كإستراتيجية للمؤسسة وبهذا يتكرس مفهوم المؤسسة المواطنة الصديقة للبيئة التي تقوم بتجسيد مبادئ الاقتصاد الأخضر .

In the path of protecting the environment and achieving sustainable development there are a number of factors that are driving institutions to consider incorporating the environmental dimension of development into their general strategy, but this endeavor faces several obstacles, linked to the difficulty of linking and balancing the economic and financial objectives and the social objective that the institution may seek to achieve.\nThe Algerian legislator of the Environment Act has provided for the minimum of this environmental contribution to institutions by subjecting it to the establishment of institutions designated for special procedures, It also provided for sanctions that might be applied to institutions that commit environmental abuses.
