المستخلص: Business enterprises are increasingly realizing the importance of business continuity management (BCM). Organizations are faced with a variety of threats and vulnerabilities, and these continue to evolve. Business disruptions can include natural disasters such as floods, fires and power outages. Although business continuity management and crisis management are now generally recognized as vital, implementing and maintaining a device of business continuity is quite complex. This paper intends to provide an understanding of Business Continuity Management by citing its challenges and issues. The article also highlights the maturity, strategies and perspectives of business continuity.
