المستخلص: تتلخص فكرة البحث في وجود حاجة ماسة إلى معرفة بعض الأساليب الإدارية المتميزة التي وردت في السنة النبوية، وكيف استطاع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بهذه الأساليب والقواعد المحكمة – بعد توفيق الله جل وعلا – أن يبني الدولة الإسلامية على أسس متينة، وكيف استطاع في مدة وجيزة أن يهيئ أصحابه رضي الله عنهم للقيام بأعبائهم وأعمالهم الإدارية؛ وإدراكًا لهذه الحاجة جاءت مباحث ومطالب البحث ببيان هذه القواعد. ومما يزيد في الحاجة إلى إبراز تلك القواعد الإدارية أمران: أحدهما: الأخطاء والتجاوزات التي تحصل من بعض من يتولى الإدارات مما ينتج عنه فشل العمل، والثاني: عزوف كثير من الباحثين عن إبراز القواعد الإدارية في السنة النبوية، وتركيزهم على مبادئ الإدارة الحديثة بمعزلٍ عن تلك القواعد والتوجيهات النبوية. ومن أبرز نتائج البحث: بيان سبق الإسلام إلى بيان الركائز الأساسية للإدارة الناجحة، والدعوة إلى التأسي بالنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، وبيان بعض أوجه الخلل التي قد يقع فيها بعض المسؤولين. وأوصى البحث بضرورة عقد المؤتمرات والندوات التي تبرز هذا الجانب وتؤصله. وقد سلكت في هذا البحث المنهج الاستقرائي الاستنباطي من نصوص السنة النبوية.

This research seeks to identify distinctive administrative regulations and techniques used by Prophet Mohammad – blessings and peace be upon him – in building and running the Muslim state. Obviously, by Allah's Grace, they were effective and efficient in organizing and administering the state and its affairs and in the preparation of the sahaabah (the Prophet's companions) within a short period to assume their administrative tasks properly. The research recognizes the need to identify and highlight those regulations. The need stems from failures caused by obvious administrative errors and violations. It also stems from lack of research in identifying such regulations in the Sunnah, while giving priority to modern administrative thought, thus neglecting benefitting from the Prophet's teachings related to administrative work. This research follows a deductive-inductive approach. Among the research findings are the following: highlighting Islam's concern with the importance of the requirements of successful administrative work; highlighting the value of following the administrative model of Prophet Mohammad – blessings and Peace be upon him; and recognizing some failures in administrative work. The research recommends that due attention be given to research in the value of Islamic teachings to administrative thought and practice. It also recommends that conferences and seminars be held for the promotion of such research.
