هدف هذا البحث إلى تفسير خلق الإنسان والغاية من خلقه ومظاهر التكريم الرباني للإنسان، وبيان حقوق الإنسان كما حددها القرآن الكريم والدلالات التربوية التي يمكن استنتاجها من ذلك. استخدم الباحث المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي والوصفي من خلال مسح آيات القرآن الكريم التي تناولت أهداف الدراسة. وقد توصل الباحث إلى جملة من النتائج كان من أبرزها أن الله خلق هذا العالم بما في ذلك الأرض أولا وخلق الله الإنسان من العدم، ثم خلق الله (آدم) من الطين. وقد أثبتت الأبحاث العلمية المعاصرة أن العناصر المكونة للإنسان هي نفسها العناصر المكونة للتراب (الطين). وقد تضمنت النتائج أن الله لم يخلق الإنسان عبثا وإنما خلقه لغاية وهي عبادة الله وحده. كما تضمنت النتائج استعراضا لمظاهر التكريم الرباني الذي حظي به الإنسان حنى قبل أن يخلقه حين بشر به الملائكة، كما كرمه الله بخلقه بيده ونفخ فيه من روحه وجعله في أحسن تقويم، وأسجد له الملائكة وجعله خليفة له في الأرض، وسخر له ما في السموات وما في الأرض، وأرسى حقوق الإنسان كحقه في الحياة؛ وحرم الاعتداء عليه بالقتل، أو الإجهاض، أو تحديد النسل، وحق الحرية في الاعتقاد مع تحمل المسؤولية لاختياره، وحق التعبير، وحق التملك، وحقه في أن يعامل بالعدل والإنصاف. وقد ربط الله هذه الحقوق بالعقيدة والإيمان بالله فأصبح هذا الارتباط قويا لأنها وردت في منهاج القرآن.
This paper aimed at explaining Man's creation, his/her physical origin, God's purpose of creating him/her, human rights indicated in the holy Quran and the educational connotations included. The researcher adopted the inductive analytical and descriptive method by surveying the verses of the holy Quran to answer the questions of the study. The results revealed that God created the physical world long before man was ever mentioned, when he was in a condition of non-existence. God originally created Man from clay (earth). Scientific research results indicated that the elements of the earth and the elements of man are identical. Then God created Eve from Adam. All human beings are their offspring. Man was not created in vain. He was created to worship only God. Results also indicated that God honored humans with unremunerated favors such as when God informed angels of His intention to create man and make him His successive authority upon the earth, God created man with His hands from clay, and breathed into him the soul and asked angels to prostrate to him. God fashioned Man in the best of stature. God also has subjected to man all that is in the heavens and all that is in earth, as a favor and kindness from Him. Quran also identified the human rights such as the right to live safely. Crimes, abortion, birth control and committing suicide are prohibited against his life. Man is given free will, freedom of choice of the ideology he likes with condition that he is responsible for his choice. He also has the right to express himself and to be treated well and fairly. He has the right to have property and defend himself. Such rights are considered part of Islam and believing in God. Such relation is solid because it is proven in the holy Quran.
