تهدف البحث إلى: الإسهام في عملية التأصيل الإسلامي في حماية المرأة من الإيذاء, والكشف عن أهمية الحجاب حماية المرأة من الإيذاء, وبيان الأمر بغض البصر لكلا الجنسين, فإطلاقه من أقوى أسباب الوقوع بالفواحش, وبيان أهمية الاستئذان, ومخاطر الخلوة والاختلاط, والكشف عن العقوبات المترتبة على من تعرض للمرأة بقذف أو زنا, والوقوف على دور الولي وغيرته على محارمه, والاستشهاد على حماية المرأة من الإيذاء بتحديد عدد الزوجات واشتراط العدل, وإبراز حقوقها المالية وتحريم الاعتداء عليها مظهر من مظاهر مكانتها وحمايتها في الإسلام. وخلص البحث إلى: أن من لبست الحجاب على أنه عبادة تتعبد الله بها, فلن تخلعه بحال من الأحوال, وأن أمر الجنسين بغض البصر, بحسبانه يسد على الشيطان مدخله من القلب, وبيان أهمية التثقيف وترسيخ القيم في أوساط فتياتنا, وتعريفهن بأهداف الإسلام المرتبطة بالعفاف والحجاب, ومسارعة أعداء الإسلام إلى المطالبة بنزع الحجاب, حين أدركوا أهميته, وأنه لما ضعفت غيرة الولي على نسائه تساهلن بالحجاب, وأن من حكمة تحريم الاختلاط بين الجنسين, لتحقيق السلامة العقلية والنفسية والصحية, وأن الإسلام حرم قذف المرأة بما يدنس عرضها, وأنه رتب عليه عقوبات مغلظة, وأنه أوجب النفقة للمرأة عموماً صيانة لها من الاضطرار إلى العمل, وأن الإسلام فرض للمرأة النصف من الميراث, لأنها معفاة من التكليف بالنفقة, وأن الشريعة الإسلامية تتميز بأنها فرضت على الرجل أن يدفع لمن يقترن بها مهراً
