المستخلص: تناول البحث الحالي موضوع حيوي يساهم في نجاح الشركات الصناعية العراقية وهو قواعد الهندسة البشرية وجودة المنتجات السلعية، إذ يستند على دراسة الأسس العلمية الصحيحة لمساندة الشركات عن طريق التطبيق للقواعد اللازمة في مجالات الهندسة البشرية ليمكن العاملين على تحسين قدراتهم ومهاراتهم لتقديم أفضل المنتجات من حيث الجودة. إذ تجسدت مشكلة البحث في تسائل جوهري مفاده (هل هناك تأثير لتطبيق قواعد الهندسة البشرية في جودة السلعة)، وانطلاقًا من المشكلة الأنفة الذكر جاء هذا البحث لتسليط الضوء على ضرورة الاهتمام بالمقياس المستعمل في قياس متغيرات البحث وتشخيصها في الشركة العامة للصناعات القطنية. واعتمد البحث على منهجية تمركزت في التعرف على واقع تطبيقات الهندسة البشرية على وفق استطلاع آراء عينة عددها (32) فردًا من العاملين في خط إنتاج الضماد في الشركة المبحوث بغية تبيان العلاقات والتأثير ما بين الهندسة البشرية وجودة السلعة، ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف جمعت البيانات والمعلومات على وفق استبانة كأداة لتحليل نتائجها العملية. وتوصل البحث لمجموعة استنتاجات أهمها أن عدم التوجه نحو تبني الجودة بشكل كفوء سيؤدي إلى تراجع الشركة في أدائها لأعمالها ومن ثم خسارتها للعديد من الفرص البيئية. واختتم البحث بعدة توصيات أهمها الاهتمام بالأساليب والتقنيات الإدارية الحديثة في تطبيق فلسفة التحسين المستمر لما لذلك من دور بارز في تعزيز الإنتاج بالجودة المناسبة ومن ثم تحقيق تحسين جودة المنتجات بمستوى يلبي رغبات الزبائن ويحقق ميزة تنافسية.

Research deals vital contribution to the success of industrial companies of Iraq, which the Ergonomics rules and product quality, as it is based on the study of the scientific foundations correct to support the companies through the application of the rules needed in the areas of Ergonomics to enable workers to improve their skills and abilities to provide the best products in terms of quality. It epitomized the research problem in wondering substantial effect (Is there effect or applying Ergonomics rules in product quality), on the basis of the problem aforesaid came this research to highlight the need to pay attention to scale used in measuring the research variables, diagnosis In the company researched. This paper is based on a methodology centered in the identification of the reality of engineering applications of human according to poll a sample of (32) members of the workers in the production line of the dressing in the company under examination in order to demonstrate the relationship and influence between Ergonomics rules and product quality, and to achieve these goals collected data and information according to the questionnaire as a tool to analyze the results of the operation. The researcher has found the most important set of conclusions that the lack of orientation towards the adoption of quality efficiently will lead to a decline in the performance of the company for its work and then losing it for many of the environmental opportunities. The researcher has concluded with several recommendations the most important concern methods and techniques of modern management in the application of the philosophy of continuous improvement as this has a prominent role in promoting the production of appropriate quality and then improve to achieve the level of quality of the products meets the wishes of customers and achieve competitive advantage.
