المستخلص: Tourism received great interest by the countries of the world, particularly those countries that possess some degree of natural and human resources and manpower with tourist, professional specialties in addition to a certain level of infrastructure services. That is because of the tourism sector of the importance and role in supporting the national economy, hence its role in the development of natural and human resources in the tourism sites to achieve financial returns contributes to raising the standard of living of individuals and restore economic balance between the regions through the development of tourism, especially if we know that the tourism sector is considered of the largest service sectors of the other size of the workforce and which up to 11% of the total workforce in other sectors of the world. So orientation of this study came towards the development of tourism in the island tourist weddings ( Al-Aras Al-Syyahyya) located in the city of Baghdad and on the course of the Tigris River, and within the center of the best commercial places and population density in order to provide the necessary services, where the tourism potential of the growing size of the population of this city meet with the weakness of tourist services provided. This was seen as the most important problems that were called in the research to develop tourist sites and lies the importance of the study of this site on its ability to achieve activities and tourism events, social and economic serving tourism community in particular the community of the city in general and aim of the Search attend to make the study area as a model for the development of other tourist sites in the city of Baghdad by improving tourism services and meet the demand for tourism. The research has two aims the first is theoretical study as a basis for the construction of the Search and the second side of the field and determine with the field survey for the researcher of the study area and included a questionnaire for the community of study sample and the pioneers of the study area from tourists was the distribution of 200 questionnaire form for feedback and suggestions for the development of tourist services which included this form of two types . The first questions the role of the social and economic and cultural characteristics for the research sample and the second analysis of the field study.

حظيت السياحة باهتمام كبير من قبل دول العالم وتحديدا "تلك الدول التي تمتلك قدرا" من الموارد الطبيعية البشرية القوى العاملة ذات التخصيصات السياحية المهنية أضف إلى ذلك مستوى معين من الخدمات التحتية وذلك لما لهذا قطاع السياحي من أهمية ودور في دعم الاقتصاد القومي ومن هنا جاء دورها في تنمية الموارد الطبيعية والبشرية في المواقع السياحية لتحقيق مردود مادي يساهم في رفع المستوى المعاشي للأفراد وإعادة التوازن الاقتصادي بين الأقاليم من خلال التنمية السياحية خاصة إذا ما علمنا أن القطاع السياحة يعد من أكبر القطاعات الخدمية الأخرى لحجم القوى العاملة فيه والتي تصل 11% من إجمالي القوى العاملة في القطاعات الأخرى على مستوى العالم. لذلك جاء التوجه لهذا البحث نحو تنمية السياحة في جزيرة الأعراس السياحية الواقعة في مدينة بغداد وعلى مجرى نهر دجلة وضمن مركز أفضل الأماكن التجارية والكثافة السكانية بغية تقديم الخدمات اللازمة حيث المقومات السياحية فيها وتنامي حجم السكان بهذه المدينة يقابله ضعف الخدمات السياحية المقدمة، واعتبر ذلك من أهم المشاكل التي استدعيت الدراسة تنمية الموقع السياحي وتكمن أهمية الدراسة لهذا الموقع في قدرته على تحقيق الأنشطة والفعاليات السياحية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي تخدم المجتمع السياحي بشكل خاص ومجتمع المدينة بشكل عام. ويرمي هدف البحث إلى جعل منطقة الدراسة أنموذجا لتطوير المواقع السياحية الأخرى في مدينة بغداد من خلال الارتقاء بالخدمات السياحية وسد الطلب السياحي. وهدف البحث على تحقيق جانبين الأول وهو الدراسة النظرية كأساس لبناء البحث والثاني الجانب الميداني وتحدد بالمسح الميداني للباحث لمنطقة البحث واشتملت الاستبانة لمجتمع عينة الدراسة ومن رواد منطقة البحث من السياح وتم فيها توزيع 200 استمارة استبانة للوقوف على آرائهم ومقترحاتهم لتطوير الخدمات السياحية فيها وتضمنت هذه الاستمارة على نوعين من التساؤلات. الأول دور الخصائص الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والثقافية لعينة الدراسة، والثاني تحليل الدراسة الميدانية.
