|a تعتبر المرحلة التي تمر بها الجزائر دقيقة وحاسمة في سياق تجربة التحول السياسي والانفتاح الاقتصادي، ما يفرض عليها تحقيق مجموعة من المتطلبات في ظل العقبات التي تواجهها لتأمين الاستقرار السياسي وتحقيق الأمن الاقتصادي واستكمال البناء المؤسساتي وتثبيت التوازن المجتمعي، حيث تطرقنا في هذه المقالة إلى محورين أساسيين الأول يتطرق إلى متطلبات تحقيق الأمن الاقتصادي في الجزائر، أما المحور الثاني يتطرق إلى متطلبات تحقيق الاستقرار السياسي في الجزائر.

|b The phase Algeria is going through right now is considered critical and delicate in such a context of political transition and economic opening. This state of affairs imposes on it the realization of many conditions under special circumstances of the difficulties it is facing in order to make of the economic security come true, finish its institutional framing and fix the social equilibruim. This paper includes two main axes. The first tackles the conditions of the economic security realization in Algeria. The second deals with the conditions of the political stability realization in Algeria.
