|d Le présent article s’intéresse à la description et la critique d’un dictionnaire de la rhétorique arabe qui est considéré comme le pionnier dans son domaine, il s’agit du « Dictionnaire des termes rhétoriques et leur progressions » du Dr AHMED METLOUB, pionnier de la recherche rhétorique en Iraq et dans le monde arabe ; et ce pour sa méthodologie précise, son recensement et sa vérification assez vaste des termes rhétoriques arabes. Le dictionnaire est une tentative de l’auteur en vue de la création d’un dictionnaire historique relatif aux termes rhétoriques arabes malgré la difficulté de la tâche vu le nombre important des termes et leurs pluralités, étant donné qu’il peut y en avoir plus d’un nom à un même type de terminologie.

|a يقارب هذا المقال بالوصف والنقد معجماً للبلاغة العربية يعد رائداً في مجاله وهو (معجم المصطلحات البلاغية وتطورها)) للدكتور أحمد مطلوب رائد البحث البلاغي في العراق وفي الوطن العربي، وذلك بما تميز به هذا المعجم من دقة في المنهجية وإحصاء واستقصاء واسع لمصطلحات البلاغة العربية. وهو محاولة أراد بها المؤلف وضع معجم تاريخي لمصطلحات البلاغة رغم صعوبة الأمر بسبب كثرة المصطلحات وتعددها، بحيث نجد للنوع الواحد من مصطلحات البلاغة اسمين أو أكثر. كما تعالج هذه الدراسة أهم مشكلات المصطلح البلاغي من خلال هذا المعجم.

|b This article focuses on the description and criticism of a dictionary of Arabic rhetoric that is considered a pioneer in his field, it is the "Dictionary of rhetorical terms and their progressions" of Dr. AHMED METLOUB pioneer research rhetoric in Iraq and in the Arab world; and for his precise methodology, its inventory and its quite extensive verification of Arab rhetorical terms. The dictionary is an attempt to create a historical dictionary on Arab rhetorical terms despite the difficulty of the task given the large number of terms and their diversity, given that there may be more than a name to the same type of terminology.
