|a This study entitled “The Poetic Vision in the Poems of Buland Al- Haidari” is divided into an introduction and three chapters. The introduction involves the concept of the vision in the philosophical, literary, and critical thinking in old and modern times. In the second paragraph of the introduction I shed the light on the life of the poet Buland Al-Haidari. The first chapter deals with the references of the poetic vision which are included in four topics: the first is the historical references; the second is the literary references; the third is the religious references; and the fourth is the ideological effect on the poet visions. The second chapter tackles the modes of poetic visions of the poet and its development along his poetic journey. The chapter consists of four topics. The first topic deals with exploring the existence vision; the second topics involves exploring of the legendary vision; the third topic copes with the study of realistic visions; and the fourth topic deals with the study of historical visions. The third chapter is dedicated to the means of the formation of poetic visions of the poet. This chapter is divided into an introduction and three topics. The most important results of this study are the following: First: the vision is a specific reading of the world from the perspective of the innovator. It depends on a reflective element rather than a determinative element. Visions depend in its construction and baseline on the sight as a base of its construction. Visions are based on reality then they go beyond its boundaries to create a new world which is subjective and visionary, and is subject to laws that are different from physical (realistic) laws. The vision differs from sight in that it is not limited to the visible and physical perception which only touches the surface; rather, it goes beyond the visible to the symbols of dreams and the heart and the deep perception of existence. Second: We have seen from the poet’s reference poetic visions that Buland Al-Hadari has derived his visions from many streams including the historical, legendary, literary, and religious streams. Further, we have the ideological effect of reality which has an impact on the poetic production of the poet. Undoubtedly, revelations of the poet were derived from references that start with inherited traditions up to innovation and contemporary thinking.

|a Third: in the frameworks of historical, legendary, religious and literary symbols, the poet has tended to invest symbols having open significance which have multiple meanings and bear the meaning of resurrection, innovation, revolution, resistance, patience, etc. such as the symbols of Prometheus, Sphinx, Sisyphus, Oedipus, Mandala, Trotsky, Guevara and others. Fourth: the vision of the poet is generated due to deep feeling of the sufferings and pain of human beings. The pessimistic dramatic feeling goes along with the poet from the beginning of his poetic experiment to its end. This is due to the unstable life of the poet in his childhood. In addition, it was due to the deteriorated reality of the Arab Nation which is filled with conflicts, chaos, and confusion in this stage. Consequently, the vison of the poet has become melancholic and was the outcome of study, thinking and suffering of the reality by the poet, along with his attempt to change this reality in every possible means, including the poetic vision. Fifth: after reviewing the poetic production of the poet Buland Al- Haidari, we can see that every journey in the poems of Buland is a rich journey. His poetic visions were diversified along his poetic journey. He did so in response to the situation on the ground and circumstance of the time in which he lived. Each of the visions whether that of existence, legendary, historical, and realistic represents a milestone in the experiment of the poet. Sixth: in the formation of his vision, the poet tended to inspiration, concentration, and reduction. Consequently, his images are so precise in details and constantly growing. This is due the influence of painting on his experiment. In structuring his image, the poet tended to use two modes of images: the sensory images and the abstract images. In the linguistic aspect, the poet uses words, structures and styles with high tone which denote to a collective discourse and general topics that are connected to main issues of the human being. In structuring his poems, Al-Haidari sought to make use of modern techniques including visual techniques the heading of the title and its margin, the phenomenon of white and black that includes deletion and cutting, and the undulating text. The poet also made use of the dramatic construction and narrative construction
