تعد التربية الميدانية العملية حجر الزاوية في برنامج إعداد، وتأهيل المعلمين؛ إذ تمثل التطبيق العملي للمهارات والخبرات النظرية، التي اكتسبها الطالب خلال التحاقه بكلية التربية تحت إشرافها، وبالتعاون مع المدارس المضيفة للطالب/ المعلم، وتحتل التربية الميدانية مكانة متميزة؛ إذ يطلق عليها الإعداد قبل الخدمة فهي تمثل مختبرا تربويا يقوم فيه الطالب/ المعلم بتطبيق معظم المبادئ والنظريات التربوية بشكل أدائي وعملي في الميدان الحقيقي لها، وهو (المدرسة)؛ ومن ثم تصبح عملية إعداد المعلمين عملية تتصف بالواقعية، وإنها ذات معنى وقيمة وظيفية، ويعزز هذا ما يدركه الطالب/ المعلم عند التعامل مع البيئة المدرسية، وتحقيق أكبر فائدة من خلال برامج التربية الميدانية، والتعامل مع التلاميذ، والمقررات، والإدارة المدرسية، وتمكنه من اكتشاف الصعوبات، والمشكلات الميدانية بشكل واقعى يعزز نموه المهني.
A Suggested Proposal for Developing the Preparation Program of the student / teacher in education colleges (specializing in the Arabic language in light of the standard levels The field of practicum process is considered the cornerstone in the program of preparing and training the teachers; it represents the practical application of theoretical skills and experiences gained by the student through joining the faculty of education, under the supervision of, and in cooperation with the host of the student / teacher schools. The field practicum process occupies a privileged position; it is called the preparation pre-service. Moreover it represents an educational laboratory in which the student / teacher applies most of the principles and educational theories in practical way and in the real field (a school).Then the teacher training process becomes a process characterized by realism, and it is also meaningful, valuable and functional. This reinforces what the student / teacher realizes when dealing with the school environment, and to achieve the greatest benefit through the field of education programs, dealing with students, courses, school management, and enables him realistically to discover the difficulties and problems in the field for promoting the professional growth.
