المستخلص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على شريحة هامة في المجتمع، تتصل جوهريا بمستقبله ودرجة رقيه في ظل التطور الذي تشهده المجتمعات، وهي شريحة الأطفال من خلال واقعهم في سوق العمل، تعبيرا منا عن مشكلة من المشكلات التي يعاني منها المجتمع الجزائري، خاصة وأن هذه الظاهرة انتشرت بين فئة لا تقوى على الاعتناء بنفسها فكيف تتحمل العمل وظروفه. لهذا نقف بالدرجة الأولى على الواقع الذي يعيشه الطفل في سوق العمل وأحد العوامل الحقيقية التي تقف وراء توجهه إلى هذا السوق، من خلال دراسة ميدانية لعينة من الأطفال بعض بلديات ولاية المسيلة.

Ce document vise à faire la lumière sur un segment important de la société, concernent essentiellement son avenir et le degré de papier, dans le cadre du développement des communautés, à savoir les enfants fendent leur réalité sur le marché du travail, une expression de nous tous les problèmes subis par la société algérienne, surtout depuis ce phénomène est répandu parmi une classe ne sont pas assez forts pour prendre soin d'eux-mêmes, comment ils peuvent résister à des conditions d'emploi. Cette recherche et notre document sont venus se tenir principalement sur la réalité de l'enfant dans les véritables facteurs de la notification à ce marché, par le biais d'une étude sur le terrain d'un échantillon d'enfants, dans certaines des communes de M’sila.

The purpose of this paper is to shed light on an important segment of society that is intrinsically related to its future and its degree of development in light of the development witnessed by societies. This segment is namely the children through their position in the labor market, as an expression of a problem of Algerian society, especially since this phenomenon has spread among a group that is not capable of caring for itself, so how can it tolerate work and its circumstances. This is why we stand primarily on the reality of the child in the labor market and one of the real factors behind his trend towards this market, through a field study of a sample of children in some municipalities of M'sila.
