المستخلص: إن التغيرات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية الكبيرة التي شهدتها المجتمعات الغربية بعد الثورة الصناعية في أوروبا وأمريكا عملت على تحفيز، وتشجيع عدد من المفكرين والباحثين في شؤون تنظيم العمليات الإنتاجية والإدارية، للخوض في دراسة مختلف المشاكل التي كانت نتيجة لهذه التحولات، ومحاولة إيجاد مختلف الصيغ والمقترحات التي تساهم في استثمار مختلف الموارد سواء البشرية أو المادية بصورة كفؤة من أجل التحكم في فعالية الأداء.

Les grands changements économiques et sociaux, que les sociétés occidentales ont connu après la révolution industrielle ,en Europe et en Amérique, ont stimulé et encouragé un certain nombre de penseurs et de chercheurs dans le domaine de l'organisation du processus de production et administratif. Ceci pour étudier les divers problèmes; résultat de ces transformations, et essayer de trouver les différentes formules et propositions qui contribueront à investir en divers ressources; humaines ou matérielles de manière efficace, afin de contrôler l'efficience de la performance.

The great economic and social changes witnessed by the Western societies after the Industrial Revolution in Europe and America have stimulated and encouraged a number of thinkers and researchers in the organization of production and administrative processes to study the various problems that were the result of these transformations and to try to find different formulas and proposals that efficiently contribute to the investment of various resources, whether human or physical, to control the effectiveness of performance.
