|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بميثاق أخلاقيات المهنة الصادر عن الاتحاد العربي للمكتبات والمعلومات، والتعريف بالعناصر الأربعة التي يتكون منها الميثاق الأخلاقي، ورفع كفاءة الطلاب في قسم المكتبات والمعلومات، والتحقق من فاعلية برنامج تدريبي مقترح لرؤية طلاب قسم المكتبات والمعلومات في ضوء ميثاق أخلاقيات المهنة للاتحاد العربي للمكتبات والمعلومات (اعلم)، وأجريت الدراسة على عدد (٣٥) طالب وطالبة كمجموعة ضابطة، وعدد (٣٧) طالب طالبة كمجموعة تجريبية لاستطلاع رؤاهم فيما يتعلق لهذا الميثاق، واستخدم الباحث منهجين دراسيين هما المنهج التجريبي ومنهج تحليل المضمون، وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات طلاب المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في التطبيق البعدي للاختبار وجميع عناصره لصالح طلاب المجموعة التجريبية، كما تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية قبل وبعد تطبيق البرنامج على جميع عناصر الميثاق الأخلاقي للمهنة لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وظهر هناك حجم تأثير كبير للبرنامج المقترح في تنمية مفاهيم ميثاق أخلاقيات المهنة ككل، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها: ضرورة توفير مقرر أو منهج دراسي لطلاب تخصص المكتبات والمعلومات بالجامعات لكي يتمكن الطلاب من الإلمام بأخلاقيات المهنة، والاستفادة من محتوي البرنـامج التدريبي الذى أعده الباحث في تعليم الطلاب ميثاق أخلاقيات المهنة في كل أقسام المكتبات والمعلومات.

|b This study aims at introduce the Code of Ethics issued by the Arab Federation for Libraries and Information, and the definition of the four elements that make up the code of ethics, and raise students' efficiency in libraries and information section, check the effectiveness of the proposed training program to see the students of Library and Information Department in the light of the Code of Ethics of the Union Arab libraries and information (ALLAM), and this study was conducted on a number (35) students as a control sample, and the number of 37 student as a Experimental group To find out their views with regard to the present Code, the researcher used two approaches : experimental approach and the methodology of content analysis. the results of the study indicated there were statistically significant differences between mean scores of differences in students the experimental and control groups in the post application of the test and all of its components for the experimental group students, also show a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental group students before and after the application of the program on all elements of the code of ethics of the profession supports of the dimensional application, and there appeared a great impact of the proposed program in the concepts of the Code of the ethics of the profession. the study also found a set of recommendations including: the need to provide a course or curriculum for students in libraries and information departments in universities even students are able to become recognition with the ethics of the profession, and benefit of the content of the training program prepared by the researcher at the students' code of ethics in all libraries and information departments Keywords: Ethics - A training program - the Arab Federation for Libraries and Information – Libraries and Information Department.
