المستخلص: Regional studies are alive in Quebec. Despite flows and networks in advanced modem societies, the region still presents itself as a relevant research topic. In this context, the themes of the delineation of subnational regions and the role of regional administrative bodies are very important. That paper aims to discuss the regional divisions in Quebec. We will respond to this objective through a review of literature supported by some figures and maps. Our analyses will revealed the duality of regional levels, the diversity of territorial units and the limited powers of regional bodies.
