المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث منهج الإمام ابن الديبع في كتابه تمييز الطيب من الخبيث فيما يدور علي ألسنة الناس من الحديث، حيث كان ابن الديبع من أبرز علماء القرن العاشر الهجري، لقد أثري المكتبة الإسلامية بمؤلفاته التي بلغت إثنين وعشرين كتابا من أبرزها تمييز الطيب من الخبيث فيما يدور علي ألسنة الناس من الحديث، وهو مختصر من كتاب شيخه السخاوي (المقاصد الحسنة ) مع زيادات زادها علي ما في المقاصد، حيث ميز في كتابه هذا الأحاديث المشتهر علي الألسنة بين ما هو مقبول وغير مقبول، فإذا لم يكن حديثا بينه كأن يكون موضوعا، أو من الأمثلة المشتهرة بين الناس، أو حكمة من الحكم، أو لا أصل له، وهذا الكتاب رغم قلة عدد صفحاته إلا أنه مفيد جدا لطلاب العلم والباحثين، حيث اختصر المؤلف كلام من سبقه في الأحكام علي الأحاديث المشتهرة علي الألسنة اختصارا غير مخل، وقربه وسهله للراغبين في هذا العلم

This research deals with the methodology of the Imam Ibn Aldepa in his book “Differentiating the good from the bad on what is going on the tongues of people from the sayings of the Prophet Mohammed Peace and Blessing Be upon Him. Ibn Aldepa was one of the leading scholars of the tenth Hijiri century. He had enriched the Islamic library with his books, which amounted to twenty two books, most notably his book “Differentiating the good from the bad on what is going on the tongues of people from the sayings of the Prophet Mohammed Peace and Blessing Be upon Him”, which was a summary of his teacher A1 Sakhawi’s book (The good purposes) with additions that he added to the book, where he distinguished in this book these sayings that are well-known on tongues between what is acceptable and unacceptable. If it is not a saying of the Prophet, he would clarify it, if it is fabricated, or a well-known proverb among people, or a wisdom, or has no origin. This book, despite the limited number of its pages, is very useful for knowledge-seekers’ students and researchers, where the author shortened the speech of the previous authors on the provisions on well-known sayings among the tongues of the people. The summary was meaningful; he made it approachable and easy for those who are interested in this discipline.
