الدور الريادي للمعلم في تحقيق أهداف التربية الأمنية في ضوء المقاصد الشرعية والقيم الأخلاقية

المستخلص: After tracking the research demands, there revealed the importance of emphasizing the role of moral values in shaping the positive trend towards awareness and security practices and the purposeful role of jurisprudence that is absorbed by knowledge of the legitimate goals in improving the ability of the teacher and in influencing students given the fact that sharia law holds great influence. The relationship between values and objectives and their collaboration has emerged in achieving the objectives of security education, which requires teaching methods that take into account the modern trend that is achieved and is in line with the objectives of security education. It focuses on methods and teaching strategies that depend on activating the role of the active learner, and the appropriate methods of teaching such as discussion, problem-solving and other methods, and nominating the expansionist theory that absorbed the school's efforts as a guide that can be used in educational design and building teaching strategies.
The study then addressed the relationship between security education and the developmental characteristics of general education students and students of the last two stages of education (middle and secondary), which are more attractive to alternative concepts and perceptions issued by misguided concepts and the role of the teacher in choosing the appropriate methods to correct those concepts.
The study also addressed the importance of elaborating the jurisprudence of Islamic purposes and bringing it closer to the teacher so that he can employ it in teaching, especially teachers who are concerned with Islamic and social studies.
The study then dealt with the role of the teacher by looking at his skills and modern trends that he must adopt in teaching, such as the direction of teaching by teaching with competencies and his other needs so that he activates his role in teaching given the two dimensions of the study.

بعد تتبع ما يتعلق بمطالب البحث تكشفت أهمية التأكيد على دور القيم الخلقية في تشكيل الاتجاه الإيجابي نحو الوعي والممارسات الأمنية ودور الفقه المقاصدي الذي يستوعبه معرفة المقاصد الشرعية في تحسين قدرة المعلم وفي التأثير في الطلاب بما للشريعة من سلطان، وظهرت العلاقة بين القيم والمقاصد وتآزرهما في تحقيق أهداف التربية الأمنية التي تحتاج إلى طرق تدريس تراعي الاتجاه الحديث الذي يحقق وينسجم مع أهداف التربية الأمنية، فيركز على الطرق واستراتيجيات التدريس التي تعتمد على تفعيل دور المتعلم النشط، وما يناسبه من طرق تدريس كالمناقشة وحل المشكلات وغيرها من الطرق، وترشيح النظرية التوسعية التي استوعبت جهود المدرسة المعرفية باعتبارها دليلا يمكن الاستعانة به في التصميم التعليمي وبناء استراتيجيات التدريس.
ثم تناولت الدراسة العلاقة بين التربية الأمنية والخصائص النمائية لطلاب التعليم العام وطلاب المرحلتين الأخيرتين من التعليم (المتوسطة والثانوية) اللتين هما أكثر جذبا للمفاهيم والتصورات البديلة التي تصدرها المفاهيم المضللة ودور المعلم في اختيار الأساليب المناسبة لتصحيح تلك المفاهيم
وتطرقت الدراسة أيضا إلى أهمية بلورة فقه المقاصد الشرعية وتقريبه للمعلم حتى يتمكن من توظيفه في التدريس ولا سيما المعلمون الذين يعنون بالدراسات الشرعية والاجتماعية
ثم تناولت الدراسة دور المعلم بالنظر إلى كفاياته وما يتعين من تبني الاتجاهات الحديثة في التدريس كاتجاه التدريس بالتدريس بالكفايات وما يحتاج اليه كي يفعل دوره في التدريس بالنظر إلى بعدي الدراسة
