The science of Jurisprudence fundamentals is a science with many benefits and varied uses, as the jurist needs it to elicit the Shari rulings. Scholars are interested in studying it and determining its rules and fundamentals, they followed two methods in their studies namely; the public method "followed by most scholars, and the Hnafya method. Each method has its own characteristics that are indicated and explained in the books and introductions to the fundamentals science. Some of the scholars who wrote according to the Hnafya method according to their doctrine is the SHASSY, the author of the book known as "Al SHASSY Fundamentals", which became one of the approved books in the fundamentals of the Hnafya doctrine, scholars dealt with the book with details and explanations, some of those who explained the book is : Mohammed Bin Al Hassan Al Khwarizmi, the author of this Manuscript which I worked on its verification with the help of Allah, and published the part assigned to me in a way that is scientifically verified as much as I can. With the help of Allah, I verified the part of the manuscript as of its beginning from board No 1, until the end of the chapter "knowing what is meant from the texts- board No 44", and it includes the following topics: - First research, on the book of Allah: - A chapter on the general and the private. - A chapter in the Restricted and unrestricted. - A chapter on the common and the interpreted. - A chapter in the truth and metaphor. - A chapter on defining the way of metaphor. - A chapter on the explicit and metaphorical. - A chapter on opposites. - A chapter on what is left for the truth of words, and what is left for the reality of the word. - A chapter on the attributes of the texts. - A chapter on order. - A chapter on forbidding. - A chapter on defining what is meant from the texts. The research included an introduction with the opening, the plan and the method, and two sections: = the study section in which I followed is The Analytical Approach and the Induction method, and it includes two chapters: First chapter: Introducing the Imam Al SHASSY and his book "the Fundamentals". Second chapter: introducing al Khwarizmi and explaining him. The verification section describes the copies and the places where they exist, and the verified text, the comment was according to the scientific verification method, which requires comment on the text according to the Analytical Approach and the Induction, and contrastive method. The research has a conclusion that has results and recommendations. Finally the index.
