يتحدث هذا البحث عن موضوع مهم, ألا وهو المناهي الشرعية في المناسك والأضاحي, فهو يهدف إلى الإسهام في تمحيص أقوال المذاهب الأربعة المعروفة حيال هذه المناهي، وهي أمثلة لا حاصرة, وإخراجها في دراسة علمية محكمة, تهدف إلى إخراج الناس من ربقة المذاهب والتمذهب في مسائل ما هي إلا من المشقة والعنت, وإلى نشر طلب الحق بدليله، بعيداً عن التقليد والتعصب المذهبي, وتحقيق النقل عن الجمهور والإجماع, لوجود الخلاف بما يناقض الإجماع ولكون الدليل مع غير الجمهور, فهذه جملة مما تهدف إليه هذه الرسالة, وقد سلكت في هذا البحث جمع هذه المناهي من كتب الحديث والفقه ونحوها, وعرضت مسائل معاصرة لأهميتها, ثم دراسة هذه المناهي والأدلة الواردة عليها في الكتاب والسنة في ضوء المذاهب الأربعة مع الظاهرية, وكلام محققي العلماء والترجيح حسب الدليل, وقد اشتمل البحث على: مقدمة وتمهيد ومبحثين وخاتمة، واحتوى كل مبحث على عدة مطالب, وختمت بفقه المسألة لكل مطلب بعد الترجيح إن كان هناك خلاف, وقد خصص المبحث الأول للمناهي في المناسك وخصصت الثاني للمناهي في الأضاحي, ثم خلصت إلى خاتمة ضمنتها نتائج البحث، وأتطلع إلى إكمال البحوث في هذا المجال.
