|f The invention is a tool for measuring the development of countries, so it is necessary to pay attention to the inventor and to work on the development of inventions, by organizing legal provisions that help those who have special talents and scientific and artistic abilities, and to support them financially and morally, and to give them a helping hand, giving them a helping hand in their task of inventing to the fullest. Human life is now centred around inventions that cannot be lived without.\nA legally protected invention could not be reached if the author failed to take and follow proper legal procedures in order to obtain patent for the invention, a procedure that was unknown to many inventors. It was therefore necessary to address the requirements of applying for a patent in order to obtain the protection established by law.\nL’invention est un moyen d’évaluer le développement des pays , par conséquence il faut donner une grande importance aux inventeurs et travailler à développer les inventions en élaborant des dispositions juridiques aidant cette catégorie jouissant des talents spéciaux et capacités scientifiques et artistiques et les soutenir matériellement et moralement afin qu’ils accomplissent leur mission d’invention en parfait état surtout que la vie de l’homme se tournent au tour des inventions dont on ne peut se passer .\nOn ne peut pas arriver à une invention légalement protégée si le propriétaire n’as pas suivi les procédures légales correctes afin d’obtenir le brevet d’invention, la chose que beaucoup d’inventeurs ignorent, pour cette raison il fallait aborder le sujet des conditions de la demande du brevet d’invention afin d’obtenir la protection établie par la loi.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018

|a يعد الاختراع أداة قياس تطور الدول، لذا لابد من الاهتمام بالمخترع والعمل على تطوير الاختراعات، وذلك بتنظيم أحكام قانونية تساعد تلك الفئة التي تتمتع بمواهب خاصة وقدرات علمية وفنية، ودعمهم ماديا ومعنويا والاهتمام بهم، ومنح يد المساعدة لهم من أجل القيام بمهمتهم المتمثلة في الاختراع على أكمل وجه، ذلك أن حياة الإنسان حاليا أصبحت تتمحور حول الاختراعات التي لا يمكن العيش من دونها.\nولا يمكن الوصول إلى اختراع محمي قانونا إذا لم يقم صاحبه باتخاذ واتباع الإجراءات القانونية السليمة قصد الحصول على براءته، وهو الإجراء الذي يجهله الكثير من المخترعين لذا كان لزاما التطرق لموضوع شروط طلب براءة الاختراع قصد الحصول على الحماية التي يقرّها القانون.\n
