المستخلص: The Republic of Yemen is going through a very complicated stage of its modern history. Since the outbreak of the 2011 February revolution, which was not limited to any segment, political party, association or area of the community, the counter-revolution forces have been messing with the national composition and burdening the security of the neighbouring countries. At the beginning, the Houthis took part in the protests against Ali Abdullah Saleh's regime – which had ruled for 33 years. However, they later betrayed the agreement against the legitimacy until they occupied the capital Sana'a on September 21 2014. While destroying the state institutions in the city and chasing the authorities to Aden in the south, they kept expanding their control over further land. In addition, they founded a revolutionary committee in February 2015 and resolved the Representative and Shura councils. As a result, the Arab Coalition launched its first operations against the Houthis on March 26 of the same year. The military action is led by Saudi Arabia along with another 9 countries, including the Gulf states except Oman. The present report analyzes the current internal and external situation as well as the future indicators. Real findings are sought according to a previous study on the reality on the ground. It is concluded that there are a number of scenarios, mainly a federal state. That would take time for a transitional period to establish itself after the war. Then, the government could move to approve the constitution and present it to the people in the form of a referendum.
