المستخلص: كثر في السنوات الأخيرة استخدام المرأة لليزر في إزالة شعرها غير المرغوب فيه وتكاد تكون تلك الوسيلة هي الأكثر انتشارا بين النساء، ولذلك اخترنا تلك المسألة للبحث من حيث الضوابط الشرعية وحدود العورات للنساء المسلمات لمثلهن وغيرهن من الكتابيات، والتفريق بين التجميل والحاجة في مسألة كشف العورة، وتأصيل الحاجة وضوابطها بالنسبة لجواز كشف العورة لإزالة الشعر غير المرغوب فيه، ويجب اقتصار الإباحة للحاجة الشديدة، كالمصابة بمرض في منطقة العورة يستوجب إزالة الشعر بالليزر، أو تعجز عن إزالته بنفسها لكبر سن، أو زوال عقل كالجنون، ولا يتوسع في ذلك حتى تتحقق الشروط والضوابط الشرعية.
وقد تطرقنا في ذلك لأقوال الفقهاء، واخترنا ما هو راجح في ذلك، لقوة الدليل، وتيسيرا للنساء، وتوصلنا في نهاية البحث لعدة نتائج، أهمها: جواز إزالة شعر المرأة بالليزر للمرأة المسلمة والكتابية -على حد سواء -فيما بينهن ماعدا ما بين السرة والركبة، وجواز كشف العورة للحاجة في إزالة شعر المرأة بالليزر لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة على سبيل المثال بما حدده الفقهاء من ضوابط، وختمنا البحث بتوصيات ونتائج.

In recent years, women have used laser to remove their unwanted hair, and this method is the most prevalent among women. Therefore, we have chosen this problem to research in terms of the Sharia (Islamic Legal) rules and the limits of the Muslim women's intimate parts (‘awrah) for their counterparts and other women from the people of the book, and the distinction between beauty and the need in the issue of uncovering the 'awrah. With regards to the issue of uncovering the “awrah, and the root of the need and its controls, with regards to the permissibility of uncovering the” awrah to remove unwanted hair. It is necessary to limit the permissibility of severe need, such as a disease in the area of the "awrah which requires laser hair removal, or she is unable to remove it by herself because of old age or losing the senses such as madness, it cannot be expanded until the Islamic conditions and criteria are fulfilled.
We have discussed in this the opinions of the Islamic jurisprudents and chose what is preferable in that, based on the strength of the evidence, and to facilitate it for women. At the end of the research, we reached several conclusions. The most important of these is the permissibility of removing women's hair with laser for both Muslim women and women from the people of book equally, except between the navel and the knee, It is permissible to uncover the awrah (intimate parts) for the need to remove women's hair with laser for people with special needs, for example, as defined by the Islamic jurisprudents. We concluded the research with recommendations and results.
