|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة آراء المستثمرين، ومتخذي القرار في الدولة، وأصحاب المصالح حول أسباب وآثار تداعيات الأزمة المالية العالمية على سوق الكويت للأوراق المالية، وكذلك تقييم الحلول الحالية، واقتراح حلول أخرى لمعالجة تداعيات تلك الأزمة، والأسباب الأخرى لها، وتجنب حدوثها مرة أخرى. تم استعادة 135 استبانة من أصل 320، بنسبة 42.2 % من مجتمع الدراسة.\nلقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن هناك أسبابا أسهمت في تداعيات الأزمة، وأن هذه الأسباب قد تؤدي إلى إمكانية تكرار سيناريوهات الأزمات في بورصة الكويت كتلك المشار إليها في الدراسات السابقة؛ وذلك لعدم الالتزام بتطبيق القوانين بخصوص الرقابة والإفصاح الكامل، وأيضاً لمبالغة المستثمر عموماً بقراراته الاستثمارية وغياب مفهوم إدارة المخاطر، وهو ما يبين عدم استفادة الأطراف ذات الصلة من الدروس السابقة للأزمات المالية التي حدثت في دولة الكويت، وبخاصة إبان أزمة المناخ.\nتوصلت الدراسة أيضاً إلى أن امتداد تداعيات الأزمة المالية العالمية على السوق تسببت بانخفاض مستويات الثقة بالسوق المالي الكويتي، وقدرة الاقتصاد الوطني على الانتعاش، بالإضافة إلى تحقيق خسائر ووقف العديد من الشركات المدرجة وشطبها، وظهور مشكلات اجتماعية في المجتمع، وهو ما حدث تماماً خلال الفترة اللاحقة لأزمة عام 1976 وأزمة المناخ. وفي النهاية، تعرض هذه الدراسة عدداً من النتائج الأخرى والتوصيات للأطراف المهتمة بهذا الشأن.\n

|f This study aims to find out the views of investors, decision makers and stakeholders on the causes and effects of the global financial crisis on the Kuwait Stock Exchange. It also assesses current solutions and proposes other solutions to address the consequences of that crisis and other causes for that and to prevent it from happening again. 135 out of 320 questionnaires with a ratio of 42.2% were regained from the study community. \nThe study concluded that there are some reasons that contributed to the repercussions of the crisis. These reasons may lead to the possibility of the reoccurrence of the crisis scenarios on the Kuwait Stock Exchange as mentioned in the previous studies. This happens due to not complying with the laws regarding the supervision and full disclosure, due to the exaggeration by the investor generally in his investment decisions and the absence of the concept of risk management which indicates that the relevant parties have not learned from the previous lessons of the financial crises which occurred in Kuwait especially during the climate crisis. \nThe study also found that the impact of the global financial crisis on the market has caused low levels of confidence in the Kuwaiti financial market, the ability of the national economy to recover, in addition to causing losses, stopping and eliminating many listed companies, and the emergence of social problems in society. It happened exactly during the aftermath of the 1976 crisis and the climate crisis.
