المستخلص: The aim of this study is to highlight the different critical junctures of the development of‘ºīlm mqāsīd āshārīā’. We adopt a didactic approach to illustrate the main stages that contributed to the progress of this science. Three stages identified in the form of critical junctures and illustrated by a curve that depicts the evolution of this science over time. This study offers an elaborative discussion on the meaning and derivation of the curve, how it reflects the stages of evolution of this science and its methodological and scientific implications.

Cet article dévoile les stages de l’évolution de la science de la finalité dans la charia “maqasid a-charia”, à travers un schéma qui illustre les différents stages de son développement et qui dévoile les différentes courbes résultant des nouvelles réflexions qui ont donné lieu à l’évolution de cette science. Nous avons tenté de décrire ce schéma, et d’étudier son adéquation avec les questions objectives et scientifiques qui ont contribué à la création de la science de la finalité dans la charia. Nous présentons à la fin l’analyse des trois plus importantes courbes et une conclusion représentant les résultats de l’étude.

نحاول في هذا المقال أن نبرز مختلف أطوار تطور علم مقاصد الشريعة، عبر الاستعانة بمنحنى بياني يوضح مختلف مراحل هذا التطور. تسمح لنا قراءته بتحديد أهم الانعطافات الهامة والأساسية التي نتجت من إضافات نوعية جديدة أسهمت فعلا في تطوير علم مقاصد الشريعة. من هنا كان موضوعنا: إعطاء صورة وشكل توصيفي للمنحني الذي يعكس ذاك التطور، ثم شرح موجز له ومطابقته مع المسائل الموضوعية والعلمية التي أسهمت في التأسيس لعلم المقاصد، لنتناول بعد ذلك مختلف المنعطفات الثلاثة، ويتوج بخاتمة تتضمن أهم النتائج.
