|f In recent years, Algeria has witnessed many social changes, especially in the changing values and relations between individuals, which have been characterized by tension in its entirety, that has led to the phenomenon of violence, and this has become a feature of our society. Hardly a day passes by that we hear of killings, beatings, rapes or robberies. Statistics are increasing in quantity, quality, and horrific and frightening in many states.\nThis phenomenon requires, without a doubt, follow-up and study by many bodies and sectors, In particular, the university which has a great responsibility for interpretation and analysis in order to arrive at the appropriate approach to solving this dilemma.\nThis article is an attempt to shed light on the phenomenon of violence in one of the strategic states of Algeria, namely the wilaya of Annaba, which saw a significant rise according to many observers, and according to what we hear and read in the various media.\nThe article provides figures and data and then tries to provide the cultural and social reasons that generate this phenomenon.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.

|d L'Algérie a vu au cours des dernières années, de nombreuses transformations au niveau social, en particulier, sont apparus dans un changement des valeurs et des relations entre les individus et caractérisé par la tension dans son intégralité. Ce qui a donné lieu dans le phénomène récent de la violence, qui est devenue une caractéristique permanent dans notre société . presque tous les jours et seulement entendre des meurtres, ou battues, violées ou volé . les statistiques augmenter d’un façon quantitative et qualitative et à un rythme alarmant et effrayant dans de nombreux villes algérienne . Ce phénomène nécessite sans aucun doute l'étude de suivi par les nombreuses organisations et secteurs, et l'université ici qui une grande responsabilité dans l'interprétation et l'analyse afin d'avoir accès à l'approche adéquate pour résoudre ce dilemme. Cet article est une tentative de faire la lumière sur le phénomène de la violence dans l'un ville algérienne . c’est Annaba la ville stratégique, qui a vu une augmentation ressentie par de nombreux observateurs, et selon ce que nous entendons et lisons dans divers médias.\nL'article présente les chiffres et les données, puis essaie de fournir des causes culturelles et sociales génératrices de ce phénomène.

|a شهدت الجزائر في السنوات الأخيرة تحولات عديدة على المستوى الاجتماعي خاصة، ظهر ذلك في تغير القيم والعلاقات بين الأفراد والتي أتسمت في مجملها بالتوتر في مجملها الأمر الذي أفرز في الأخير ظاهرة العنف، والذي أصبح ميزة تطبع مجتمعنا. فلا يكاد يمر يوما إلا ونسمع عن حالات قتل، أو ضرب، اغتصاب أو سرقة. والإحصائيات تزيد كما ونوعا وبشكل مفزع ومخيف في العديد من الولايات.\nإن هذه الظاهـــــــــــــــــــــــــــــرة تستدعي ومن دون شك المتابعة والدراسة من طرف العديد من الهيئات والقطاعات، ونخص هنا الجامعة التي لها مسؤولية كبيرة في التفسير والتحليل بهدف الوصول إلى المقاربة الملائمة لحل هذه المعضلة.\nوهذا المقال هو محاولة لتسليط الضوء على ظاهرة العف في إحدى الولايات الجزائرية الإستراتيجية وهي ولاية عنابة، والتي شهدت ارتفاعا محسوسا حسب العديد من الملاحظين، وحسب ما نسمع ونقرأ في وسائل الإعلام المتعددة.\nالمقال يقدم أرقاما ومعطيات ثم يحاول تقديم الأسباب الثقافية والاجتماعية المولدة لهذه الظاهرة.
