المستخلص: During the last two decades, the interest of the international community has increased with the issues concerning development and environment on the local, regional and international levels, especially after the critical condition to which the environmental status has reached as a result for the bad human management for the environmental system and ignoring the environmental factor when considering development plans. This caused tremendous pressures on the natural resources, especially the un-renewable ones and hence an environmental imbalance. The study tries to analyze the effect of applying clean environmental programs on the achievement of the sustainability of development on the local, regional and the international level.
