المستخلص: Terrorism in general is intimidating and threatening people aggression on the rights or blackmail, and the functions of public and private institutions the state to maintain security, counterterrorism and security awareness, each according to its competence, everyone is responsible for the security of society and play this role more polished institutions of civil society in the general aspects of life of those institutions and private voluntary which acts as a sponsor for the community and every shepherd is responsible, the institutions of civil society and the most friction members of the community are affect and affected by what is happening to society changes and phenomena example of the crime of terrorism, including the national Society for Human rights, which works to defend human rights in Saudi society, including the right to security and lack of intimidation and that tightening the noose on delinquents, and educate community every right and duty so as not to abuse the other nor other assaults him. Accordingly, the study focused on highlighting the role of the National Assembly Saudi Arabia for human rights in addressing terrorism, and what you do to achieve this goal, and may hinder the carrying out this task, and make proposals and solutions may be able to with it being able to doing its bit in Saudi society.

الإرهاب بصفة عامة هو تخويف وتهديد الأشخاص بالعدوان على حقوقهم أو ابتزازهم، ومن مهام المؤسسات العامة والخاصة بالدولة حفظ الأمن مقاومة الإرهاب والتوعية الأمنية كل حسب اختصاصه. فالجميع مسئول عن أمن المجتمع وتقوم بهذا الدور أكثر إتقاناً مؤسسات المجتمع المدني في عموم مجالات الحياة* ومنها الجمعية الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان التي تعمل على الدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان في المجتمع السعودي ومنها حقه في الأمن وعدم الترويع والتخويف، وذلك بتضييق الخناق على المنحرفين، وتثقيف المجتمع كل بحقه وواجبه حتى لا يعتدي على غيره ولا يعتدي غيره عليه. وعليه تنصب الدراسة على إبراز دور الجمعية الوطنية السعودية لحقوق الإنسان في التصدي للإرهاب، وما تقوم به لتحقيق هذا الهدف، وما قد يعوق قيامها بهذه المهمة، وطرح مقترحات وحلول قد تستطيع معها التمكن من قيامها بدورها في المجتمع السعودي.
