المستخلص: This study aims to define the importance acquired by the theory of Khalil, in order to control the ways of linguistic interpretation, in the light of the theory of Arab grammarians, as it represents a new theory characterized by a new reading of the grammatical heritage, as it turns out that the interest of the theory of Al-Khalil was focused on the special phonetic diversity, and its deep interpretation, i.e., what is related to word structures, their facilitation of some grammatical rules, and their interpretation of many grammatical and rhetorical concepts. As for the dialectical phenomena in the structure, there are few because the efforts of Al-Khalil and Sibawayh are purely grammatical efforts, so we do not find any language whose name is mentioned in the language and grammar books except that it has a piece of evidence from the poetry. The book of Al-Khalil and Sibawayh is the basis of the Arabic linguistic interpretation. In general, the status of their efforts is that it is a kind of analysis of the primary components. Their work is specifically a comprehensive analysis of all the expressions that could occur. They treated the written language as a phonetic drawing of the language of speech, as they see that speech is a social activity that occurs in a lower place between the speaker and the addressee, which shows that speech is a form of behavior and a social terminology, and that the addressee plays his role in determining the linguistic form used by the speaker. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بالأهمية التي تكتسبها النظرية الخليلة، قصد ضبط صور التفسير اللغوي، في ضوء نظرية النحاة العرب، فهي تمثل نظرية جديدة تميزت بقراءة جديدة للتراث النحوي، حيث تبين لنا أن اهتمام النظرية الخليلة جاء منصبا على التنوع الصوتي الخاص، وتفسيرها العميق، أي ما يتعلق بأبنية الكلم، وتيسيرها لبعض القواعد النحوية، وتفسيرها لكثير من المفاهيم النحوية والبلاغية، أما الظواهر اللهجية في التركيب جاءت قليلة، ذلك أن جهود الخليل وسيبويه جهود نحوية محضة، لذا لا نجد أي لغة ذكر اسمها في كتب اللغة والنحو إلا ولها شاهد من الشعر. يعتبر كتاب الخليل وسيبويه أساس التفسير اللغوي العربي، وعموما تكمن منزلة جهودهما أنها نوع من التحليل للمكونات الأولية، جاء عملهما خصيصا ليكون تحليلا شاملا لكل العبارات التي من الممكن أن تحدث، فقد عالجا اللغة المكتوبة كأنها رسم صوتي للغة الكلام، فهما يريا أن الكلام نشاط اجتماعي يحدث في مقام أدنى بين المتكلم والمخاطب، مما يبين أن الكلام شكلا من أشكال السلوك واصطلاحا اجتماعيا، وأن المخاطب يلعب دوره في تحديد الشكل اللغوي الذي يستعمله المتكلم.
