The developing countries are facing the challenge of reducing poverty among the current generation while preserving the ecological capacity for future generation. This requires these countries to adopt the paradigm of environmentally sustainable economic growth, which could be called "Green Growth". In order to pursue growth while ensuring environmental sustainability, the relationship between the environment and the economy should no longer be an aero-sum game. Policy concept and systems must be changed in order to integrate the environment and the economy and create synergy between the two, as called for in the millennium development goals. The environment should not be regarded as a burden or a cost but as an opportunity for investment, research and development and marketing. The research aims to study the relation between environment sustainability and economic growth in developing countries. The study uses(GLS) regression and polling method, applied on 60 developing countries (divided into three groups). Results of the study show that, there is a positive relation between environment sustainability and economic growth in the developing countries (middle and low income) and the relation between them is relatively strong. The success of "Growth" depends on the effort to promote the concept and system change necessary for a mutually reinforcing integration and synergy of environmental and economic policies.
