|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان أثر الإعسار المالي في سقوط الكفارات بعد وجوبها وتعلقها بالذمة، وما يتعلق به من خلال بيان مفهوم الإعسار ومفهوم الاستطاعة المالية ومشروعيتها وضوابطها، حيث أنني أردت من خلال هذا البحث توضيح ما يتعلق في مسالة من مسائل الإعسار المالي في حقوق الله عز وجل، فبينت ما يتعلق بتعريف الإعسار والمعسر والألفاظ ذات الصلة بهما، لتوضيح أوجه العلاقة والفرق بين كل منهما، ومن ثم بينت ما يتعلق بالكفارات من جهة تعريفها واثر الإعسار المالي في سقوطها بعد وجوبها أو بقاء تعلقها بالذمة.
