المستخلص: The recent international changes involved great challenges and changes in the developmental policies of many countries including Egypt. These changes made the State and the private Sector abstain from many activities that they were used to carry out. This means that it is necessary for CSOs to have the technical potentials that enable them to take over the responsibility. And this can not be fulfilled without assessing the Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) training needs. Hence this study is essential for enhancing the (CSOs) efficiency, because they actually suffer from severe unefficacy that impedes them from achieving their aims. Such study enables those concerned with building up the potentials of (CSOs) in organizing training courses in the light of the training needs. It also reserves and saves the resources from being wasted in the future activities due to the lack of experience, and skills of the people in charge. The study serves several purposes the most important of which are the following: 1- Assessing the ability of (CSOs) members to set plan for their activities. 2-Assessing the ability of (CSOs) members to do censorship and write reports. 3' Assessing the ability of (CSOs) to conduct development programs. 4- Assessing the ability of (CSOs) to achieve autonomy. This Study pinpoints some indicators that are necessary for building up the technical potentials of (CSOs), that are present in the training programs. Each one of these indicators includes a bulk of skills that are necessary for building up these potentials in light of the real technical needs.
