المستخلص: تحاول هذه الأوراق معالجة موضوع المشاركة الاجتماعية المنظمة ضمن الحقل الجمعوي بغرض تبيان واقع وطبيعة هذا الأسلوب وما يعتريه من صعوبات في الأوساط المهمشة بالخصوص وتوضيح الرؤى حول راهن العمل الجمعوي في هذا الفضاء وكيفية التعامل مع الاختلالات والنقائص الموجودة في أسلوب التنمية بالمشاركة انطلاقاً من مقارنة العمل الشبكي كواحدة من الداخل المقترح لمعالجة الفشل المفترض في مشروع تحديث الهامش المديني.

These papers attempt to address the issue of organized social participation within the community field in order to clarify the reality and nature of this method and its difficulties in marginalized communities in particular, and to clarify the visions of the current community work in this space and how to deal with the existing imbalances and deficiencies in the development method by engaging from comparing networking as one of the proposed internals to address the perceived failure of the urban margin modernization project.

Notre travail consiste à traiter le thème de la participation sociale organisé dans le cadre associatif, d’une part dans le but de montrer la réalité et la nature de ce procédé et de ce qu’il engendre comme difficultés, en particulier dans les milieux marginalisés ; et d’autre part, mettre en évidence , non seulement les différents points de vue quant ‘a l’actualité de l’activité associative dans ce domaine, mais aussi la manière de gérer les défaillances et les carences dans le processus du développement participatif partant de l’approche du travail en réseau comme étant l’un des accès proposé pour traiter le supposé échec du projet de modernisation de la marge citadine .
