|a للتربية على المواطنة وحقوق الإنسان أهمية كبيرة، لتكوين مواطن الغد في ظل عالم متغير، تسعى فيه الأنظمة التربوية إلى إدراج قيم التربية على المواطنة وحقوق الإنسان في مناهجها الدراسية، والجزائر لم تشذ على ذلك، حيث يتبنى نظامها التربوي تلك القيم، ويعمل على ترسيخها في عقول وسلوكيات الناشئة، من خلال تضمينه لها في مناهجه الدراسية، وهذا المقال يستهدف إثارة قضية التربية على المواطنة وحقوق الإنسان في المنظومة التربوية الجزائرية، للوقوف على واقع هذه التربية على كافة مستوياتها وفق رؤية استشرافية.

|f Education is of great importance for citizenship and human rights in order to the formation of the citizens of tomorrow in a changing world, in which educational systems seek to include the education values on citizenship and human rights in its curricula. Algeria has not abated by this, as its educational system adopts these values and works to entrench them in the minds of the and the behavior of the youth by including in their study curricula. This article aims to raise the issue of citizenship and human rights education in the Algerian educational system, in order to identify the reality of this education at all levels according to a forward-looking vision.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.

|d L'éducation à la citoyenneté et droits de l'homme a une très grande importance a la construction d'un futur citoyen dans un monde en mutation et progression. Les systèmes d'éducation essayent de manière ou d'autre d'intégrer les valeurs et les concepts de citoyenneté et droits de l'homme dans les programmes scolaires. L’Algérie bien évidemment ne fait pas l'exception, car nous trouvons un programme qui comprend ces valeurs et concepts, et vise à améliorer l'établissement de ces valeurs dans les comportements et la prise de conscience des élèves a travers leurs présence dans les systèmes éducatifs. L’objectif de cet article est d'aborder l'éducation à la citoyenneté et les droits de l'homme dans le système éducatif algérien, à tous les niveaux, selon la vision réaliste et prospective.
