المستخلص: أثار موضوع أداء العاملين اهتمام الباحثين والمفكرين في حقل الإدارة ذلك أن العامل البشري هو المحور الحقيقي في كل الإدارات، كما أنه يعتبر أحد المؤشرات الدالة على مستوى كفاءة العاملين وبلوغهم مستوى الإنجاز المطلوب وفق الإمكانيات المتاحة. نعالج في هذا الموضوع عناصر أداء العاملين وأهميته وأنواعه، وكذلك تقييم أداء العاملين وأهداف هذا الأخير ومعاييره...........الخ، بالإضافة إلى محدداته، ومؤشراته والعوامل المؤثرة عليه.

Il a soulevé la question de remplir les fonctions l'attention des chercheurs et des penseurs dans le domaine de l'administration du facteur humain est l'axe réel dans tous les départements, car il est une fonction sur le niveau d'efficacité des travailleurs et ils atteignent le niveau de réalisation requis en conformité avec les possibilités des indicateurs disponibles. Dans le traitement de ce sujet, le rendement des employés et de son importance et les types d'éléments, ainsi que l'évaluation de la performance des employés et les objectifs de celle-ci et des normes ......... etc., en plus de ses déterminants, les indicateurs et les facteurs qui l'affecten

The issue of employee performance raised the interest of researchers and thinkers in the field of management, as the human factor is the real focus in all departments, and it is considered one of the indicators indicating the level of workers efficiency and reaching the required level of achievement according to the available capabilities. In this topic, we deal with the elements of employee performance, its importance and types, as well as evaluating the performance of workers, the goals and standards of the latter, etc. in addition to its determinants, indicators and factors that are affecting it.
