|b In the modern economy, rich countries are interested mainly in technologically advanced production methods using large inputs of capital and high levels of skills, therefore the world competition became very intense specially between (U.S.A, EU and Japan ) . On the other side the poor countries have neither the financial resources, nor the scientific and the technological know -how . In the past their dependence was on " inappropriate " foreign technologies. But now the developing countries can not imitate the foreign inventions in light of "TRIPS". Accordingly we learnt about better alternative for developing countries to face the world intense competition and through this study we suggested two alternatives : 1- Traditional technology by the national corporations . 2- Creating self-technology . Therefore, developing countries must create the suitable environment for attracting multi-national corporations to transfer technology . This study is divided into two sections . - The first section of this study discusses technology revolution and world competition . - The second section of the study discusses the relationship between TRIPS and Electronic Commerce .
